The best way to wind down and relax

So how do you wind down and relax after a long and tied up morning? I toil as a local heating and AC worker so it seems like I am always running around to all kinds of unusual locales to repair people’s heating and AC systems. Sometimes it’s repair toil and other times it’s doing installations, it doesn’t easily matter what I am doing that morning but one thing that is always the same no matter what I am doing is that I am always easily sleepy after a long morning and I always look forward to just coming loft to lay back and relax for a while, and my routine has been the same for quite a while now and this is exactly what I do when I come home. The first thing I do is I go and I turn on the TV. I care about seeing TV. I have always been a television guy and I care about putting on my number one television show. Then I open the app on my iPhone that controls my smart thermostat, I make sure that it’s set to the best cooling settings that I cannot afford and I crank that charming thermostat up. My couch is positioned directly underneath an air vent so I can feel the charming cool air from my AC component come down and cool my hot and hot body from being outside all morning. Then I relax under the charming cool air and watch some television with a tote of snacks in one hand and nacho cheese in the other hand. That’s the perfect life for me on the weekend. The best time is the time when everything is taken care of and you can just kick back and relax.

Distractions from my mother-in-law plus the heating tech

I’m an expert procrastinator plus caught myself enjoying an Eckhart Tolle video on YouTube when I should be making progress with my work.

However, the video reminded me that I need to place some of my attention on my breathing while I’m engaging in work plus other activities in my annually life so that I don’t lose myself in what I’m doing.

A good warning sign that I’ve lost myself in what I’m doing is when irritation plus anger arise for no obvious reason; in which case I should place some awareness on my breathing to help me be at peace. Working on the laptop, doing HVAC tech stories, plus putting this into practice is entirely a challenge. Another challenge I have right now is my mother-in-law, who’s prowling around the condo with the vacuum cleaner, distracting me from my work. The HVAC company I work for requires a high degree of concentration plus focus, something I cannot do if there is noise in the background while I’m trying to work. It was the same, when the heating serviceman came in the other day to repair the electric heating system, plus had to escape to a local cafe when I couldn’t sit the interruptions any longer. My mother-in-law is a cleaning maniac plus a tidy tyrant; she drives my girlfriend plus me crazy with her germaphobic obsessiveness. She’s already cleaned the cooling system twice this week, even though there was no need for it. She’s always having a go at us for not being clean plus tidy enough. I guess it’s a matter of perspective since, in our own eyeah, we are undoubtedly clean plus tidy people.

Guestroom gets some cooling and heating help

I sort of got on a whole thing about getting rid of the junk in our condo in addition to unquestionably using the things that we have spent currency on.

There were so many things that just were being ignored.

And yet, there was just so much junk all over the arena. It all started when I cleaned out the garage this past Winter. The winter is about the only time a man can entirely work in a garage unless you have a/c in that garage. Our Summers are so fierce that I wouldn’t last 10 minutes in the garage, even with the garage door open. So I cleaned up the garage in addition to making it clear that it was staying there. I was feeling pretty nice about myself so I didn’t see that I also opened the door for my loving husband to force me to deal with the guest room. She used my words perfectly. By my loving husband’s estimation, we weren’t getting anything back from the investment of having a condo with a true guest room. It was designated the guest room because it was a room that was stuck out on its own at the end of the house. It’s open on three sides to the exterior of the house. And it’s blazing moderate in that room from about May through November. So it was a storage room at best. Of course, my loving husband was one hundred percent right in addition to it was time to make use of that space. So we had the HVAC professional come out in addition to install a ductless heat pump in that room. Wow, I’m so impressed with this ductless heat pump. The guest room is now a cool arena to relax in addition to watching TV even.

Quality HVAC

Couldn’t manage separate from a/c and heat

When it comes to my lifestyle in addition to the way we do things in our family, we lean toward the sustainable.

While both my hubby and I have nice jobs inside the commercial HVAC of buildings downtown, we’re careful with our currency.

And we also use part of our income to spend it forward for others. So when it comes to cooling our house, we have some mixed emotions. First, there’s entirely no way that you can live this far south in a condo like this in addition to not having a/c. For sure, our condo is super narrow in addition to being well insulated. It’s also the type of southern condo with high pitched ceilings in addition to ceiling fans in every room. Still, the idea of going completely separate from cooling from the heat pump would be sort of crazy. Of course, it would be uncomfortable to not have a/c when the hot in addition to cold temperatures outside stay in the mid to upper 90’s for at least four months. But of course, it’s been done for generations prior to those having residential HVAC. However, my biggest concern is that the a/c process is also balancing the humidity level in addition to mitigating mold in addition to mildew growth. Without the a/c process, it’d be potentially unhealthy in our home. And I know that it would smell like a lot of bleach. So, as much as we’d like to be completely sustainable with no HVAC, it just doesn’t make any sense. So instead, we do our unquestionably best to never waste energy for a/c. My buddy and I prep the house, get an a/c tune up in addition to then follow strict control equipment settings to save as much energy as possible.
