Your HVAC Troubleshooting Guys

I’m an expert procrastinator and caught myself watching an Eckhart Tolle video on YouTube when I should be making progress with my work.

However, the video reminded me that I need to venue some of my attention on my breathing while I’m engaging in work and other activities in my weekly life so that I don’t lose myself in what I’m doing.

A wonderful warning sign that I’ve lost myself in what I’m doing is when irritation and anger arise for no apparent reason; in which case I should venue some awareness on my breathing to help me be at peace. Working on the computer, doing Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C tech stories, and putting this into practice is certainly a challenge. Another challenge I have right now is my mother-in-law, who’s prowling around the dwelling with the vacuum cleaner, distracting me from my work. The Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C supplier I work for requires a high degree of concentration and focus, something I cannot do if there is noise in the background while I’m trying to work. It was the same, when the heating professional came in the other day to repair the electric heater, and had to escape to a local cafe when I couldn’t rest the interruptions any longer. My mother-in-law is a cleaning maniac and a tidy tyrant; she drives my bestie and me crazy with her germaphobic obsessiveness. She’s already cleaned the air conditioner twice this week, even though there was no need for it. She’s consistently having a go at us for not being disinfect and tidy enough. I know it’s a matter of perspective since, in our own eyup, my pal and I are undoubtedly disinfect and tidy people.

Isn’t it funny how much pets can be like their people? I know that is because my pal and I are drawn to creatures that have a similar personality as us. This is absolutely true when it comes to my cat. I have consistently been a cooling guy and I can’t begin to tell you how much I love and enjoy my cooling system! I seriously know I could not live without it. Ok, I could realistically speaking, but I would not want to, that is what I mean! Anyways, because I love cooling so much I have consistently been a bit identifiable about what kind of temperatures I want to have set in my home, and now naturally because I appreciate cooler temperatures I try to have my home set to around 69 degrees. This, in my opinion, is about the perfect temperature for me, anything higher than that is just a little too warm, anything colder than that is just a little bit too chilly in my opinion. Funny enough, my pet loves the cool temperatures as much as I do. If it starts getting tepid in the dwelling she’ll absolutely go and beginning meowing at the thermostat. She’s a smart pet because she has learned that the thermostat is what controls the temperature and so I shall cool the dwelling down for both of us when she meows so that my pal and I both can love the cool house. She’s consistently absolutely cheerful after I do because she’ll come and kneel on my lap and just purr and then take a nap with me as my pal and I both love the cool AC.

So how do you wind down and relax after a long and busy day? I work as a local heating and A/C professional so it seems like I am consistently running around to all kinds of unusual venues to service people’s heating and A/C systems.

Sometimes it’s service work and other times it’s doing replacements, it doesn’t absolutely matter what I am doing that day but one thing that has consistently the same no matter what I am doing is that I am consistently undoubtedly sleepy after a long day and I consistently look forward to just coming home to rest back and relax for a while… My routine has been the same for quite a while now and this is exactly what I do when I come home.

The first thing I do is I go and I turn on the TV. I love watching TV. I have consistently been a cable guy and I love putting on my number one cable show. Then I open the app on my cellphone that controls my smart thermostat, I make sure that it’s set to the best cooling settings that I can’t afford and I crank that lovely thermostat up. My couch is positioned directly underneath an air vent so I can feel the lovely cool air from my A/C machine come down and cool my tepid and sweaty body from being outside all day. Then I relax under the lovely cool air and watch some cable with a bag of chips in one hand and nacho cheese in the other hand. That’s the perfect life for me on the weekend. The best time is the time when everything is taken care of and you can just kick back and relax.

I’ve been standing down here on my front porch for the past half an hour just waiting for the heating and cooling guy to arrive.

I am not easily have anything special going on, just a correct heating and AC tune up.

It’s the same thing that I do every 6 months. I do my easily best to take excellent care of my heating and AC system, in my opinion I think taking nice care of your heating and AC system is one of the most crucial things you can do. I have a lot of friends that don’t take care of their heat and AC systems and I am not surprised when their Heating plus A/C units only last about 10 years before they have to completely replace them. They think it’s because heating and AC units are not being made as well although I do know that it’s because they are not taking correct care of their heating and cooling system. A Heating plus A/C component is a device like any other and because of this it has to be well maintained and looked after. I do know that there is a reason why all my heating and AC systems last much longer than my friends’ heating and AC systems. I do know that this is because I take better care of my Heating plus A/C units than they do… Unfortunately this week, the heating and AC guy is running a little bit late, although I don’t mind too much, once I get this Heating plus A/C appointment over with and my heating and AC system will have its tune ups and maintenance done and it should be nice for another 6 months or so.
