Isn’t it funny how much pets can be like their people? I think that is because my friend and I are drawn to creatures that have a similar personality as us.

I have always been a cooling guy and I cannot begin to tell you how much I care about and appreciate my cooling system! I seriously think I could not live without it. Ok, I could realistically speaking, although I wouldn’t want to, that is what I mean, anyways, because I care about cooling so much I have always been a bit certain about what kind of temperatures I want to have set in my home! Now naturally because I cherish cooler temperatures I try to have my loft set to around 69 degrees. This, in my opinion, is about the perfect temperature for me, anything higher than that is just a little too warm, anything colder than that is just a little bit too cold in my opinion. Funny enough, my animal prefers the cool temperatures as much as I do. If it starts getting hot in the home he will honestly go and start meowing at the thermostat. She’s a smart animal because he has learned that the thermostat is what controls the temperature and so I’ll cool the home down for both of us when he meows so that my friend and I both can appreciate the cool house. She’s always easily blissful after I do because he will come and lay on my lap and just purr and then take a nap with me as my friend and I both appreciate the cool AC.

I’ve been noticing a unusual phenomena recently that is been going on in my house, right now I am residing in a small locale although I easily want to replace to something larger and so I am putting as much currency as I can into my savings so that I can hopefully one morning replace to a much nicer home with an excellent Heating plus A/C system to go along with it.

That is my goal.

So what is the unusual phenomena you might wonder? Well, despite me budgeting and keeping track of all my expenses easily thoroughly, I have noticed that my heating and AC bill has been steadily rising with every month but the thing is that I am doing everything exactly the same. I have the same Heating plus A/C unit, the same thermostat, and I am using it exactly the same. I know I am using it exactly the same and that I haven’t changed anything because I am using a smart thermostat. The smart thermostat attachs to an app on my iPhone where I can control the smart thermostat. I always keep it on the same settings and I check every morning to make sure that my thermostat is exactly where it should be and it hasn’t moved at all. So what’s going on? I decided that it would be best if I contacted a heating and AC to come out and take a look because my suspicions were that maybe my thermostat wasn’t working properly, but however when the Heating plus A/C worker came out he found that honestly the issue was that I had a leak in my ductwork and that was causing me to lose a giant amount of air that my air conditioner system put out, meeting my Heating plus A/C system had to toil harder to even cool my home, and once the ductwork was repaired the problem was taken care of and the amount went back to normal.

Yesterday my wife plus I made a quite disgusting discovery; The entire month we have been having a truly terrible odor that is been permeating throughout our house, while we have been doing everything that we could to find the source of the odor we were not having much luck, all we knew is that the odor was getting continuously worse plus that if we didn’t do something soon that we were not going to be able to live in our own condo because of how terrible that the odor is getting, finally my wife came up with a superb idea, she recommended that why don’t we call the heating plus AC company plus see if they can figure out the rest of the problem! I truly didn’t know it had anything to do with the heating plus cooling company but considering how terrible the odor was plus how exhausted I was dealing with it I was going to try anything at this point, so we called the heating plus AC company plus we made an appointment with them plus within the next couple of weeks we had a HVAC woman come out plus take a look at our ductwork to see if that was the cause of the issue. I must say we needed to wait a couple weeks for the heating plus AC woman to come out plus take a look at it. Waiting was like torture, the odor is almost unbearable by the time she arrived plus I know she knew it too because the moment she walked in the door it looked like she turned yellow in the face plus could have fell over! Yes our place stunk that terrible plus no amount of air freshener or cleaning would repair it. It didn’t take the heating plus AC woman long to look at our ductwork plus come to the same conclusion that we had, we had mold in our ductwork plus we needed to have it cleaned instantly.

Ok, I could realistically speaking, however I wouldn’t want to, that is what I mean, and anyways, because I cherish cooling so much I’ve consistently been a bit unique about what kind of uneven temperatures I want to have set in my home, now naturally because I enjoy cooler uneven temperatures I try to have my house set to around 73 degrees. This, in my opinion, is about the perfect temperature for me, anything higher than that is just a little too warm, anything colder than that is just a little bit too chilly in my opinion. Funny enough, my animal loves the cool uneven temperatures as much as I do. If it starts getting hot in the house she’ll absolutely go and start meowing at the temperature control. She’s a smart animal because she has learned that the temperature control is what controls the temperature and so I’ll cool the house down for both of us when she meows so that we both can enjoy the cool house. She’s consistently undoubtedly blissful after I do because she’ll come and lay on my lap and just purr and then take a nap with me as we both enjoy the cool AC.
