Your HVAC Troubleshooting Guys

I’m an expert procrastinator and caught myself seeing an Eckhart Tolle video on YouTube when I should be making progress with my work.

However, the video reminded me that I need to locale some of my attention on my breathing while I’m engaging in toil and other activities in my weekly life so that I don’t lose myself in what I’m doing.

A nice warning sign that I’ve lost myself in what I’m doing is when irritation and anger arise for no apparent reason; in which case I should locale some awareness on my breathing to help me be at peace. Working on the laptop, doing Heating plus A/C tech stories, and putting this into practice is honestly a challenge. Another challenge I have right now is my mother-in-law, who’s prowling around the home with the vacuum cleaner, distracting me from my work. The Heating plus A/C business I toil for requires a high degree of concentration and focus, something I cannot do if there is noise in the background while I’m trying to work. It was the same, when the heating worker came in the other morning to repair the electric boiler, and had to escape to a local cafe when I couldn’t lay the interruptions any longer. My mother-in-law is a cleaning maniac and a tidy tyrant; he drives my man and me ridiculous with his germaphobic obsessiveness. She’s already cleaned the cooling system twice this week, even though there was no need for it. She’s always having a go at us for not being wash and tidy enough. I know it’s a matter of perspective since, in our own eyes, my friend and I are easily wash and tidy people.

I managed to stumble out of bed early this morning but I was feeling pretty sleepy, although I wanted to get my toil out of the way so I could take the train to the beach before rush hour. I hate taking public transferation during rush hour; I find it claustrophobic and don’t like being in enclosed, hot and stuffy spaces that are packed with people, before 1:30 pm, the trains are mostly empty, so my target is to catch the train before that time, and for that, I have to get my toil done pretty fast. Also, I’m going to meet with my Heating plus A/C tech friend to play music at our sport in the church, and my friend and I want to get there early because it’s a great spot, and if my friend and I don’t get there early someone else could take it. We will hit some local contractors in city to hand out our business cards in hopes of securing daily gigs, and then we’ll hang out and have a beer in a bar with climate control while my friend and I contemplate the sunset. I’m blissful that the sun is finally out after five days of heavy rain and I can’t wait to hit the beach and have a beer in an air conditioned bar. I played soccer yesterday afternoon and my foot started to hurt again, however later, when I arrived home, I put a cooling gel on my foot, which eased the pain considerably. Now it doesn’t hurt much, although I think it’s really a nice idea to rest it for about a week to make sure that it heals before playing another match.

 

Going to meet my Heating plus A/C tech buddy

Yesterday my husband and I made a quite disgusting discovery, the entire month we have been having a easily bad smell that is been permeating throughout our house, and while we have been doing everything that my friend and I could to find the source of the smell my friend and I were not having much luck, all my friend and I knew is that the smell was getting continuously worse and that if my friend and I didn’t do something soon that my friend and I were not going to be able to live in our own home because of how bad that the smell is getting… Finally my husband came up with a great idea, he recommended that why don’t my friend and I call the heating and AC business and see if they can figure out the rest of the problem… I easily didn’t think it had anything to do with the heating and cooling company but considering how bad the smell was and how sleepy I was dealing with it I was going to try anything at this point, and so my friend and I called the heating and AC business and my friend and I made an appointment with them and within the next couple of weeks my friend and I had a Heating plus A/C guy come out and take a look at our ductwork to see if that was the cause of the issue.

I must say my friend and I needed to wait a couple weeks for the heating and AC guy to come out and take a look at it.

Waiting was like torture, the smell is almost unbearable by the time he arrived and I think he knew it too because the moment he walked in the door it looked like he turned green in the face and could have fell over! Yes our locale stunk that bad and no amount of air freshener or cleaning would repair it. It didn’t take the heating and AC guy long to look at our ductwork and come to the same conclusion that my friend and I had, my friend and I had mold in our ductwork and my friend and I needed to have it cleaned instantly.

Two more stories to go plus then I’m off to the beach to meet my partner plus have dinner there.

Oh, however I just remembered I still need to prepare dinner! I’ll have to get it done fast because I want to avoid rush hour plus still have some stories to write, plus I can’t just rustle up a sandwich because it’s not good enough for my partner; it has to be something healthier plus more elaborate, which will inevitably take up more time to prepare.

I also have to prepare the bags with towels, dog food, clothes, sun lotions, plus everything else one might need to spend a day at the beach. Later in the afternoon, I will meet my cooling tech acquaintance to play music in the street at our favorite spot next to the town’s church. There is a priest that lives there; he’s always a bit tipsy plus enjoys listening to our music while she has a drink or two. The local company in village heard us playing music once plus wanted to hire us to play weekly gigs. Things are starting to happen, so it’s a undoubtedly exciting time for me plus my bandmate. I will continue to work for the dwelling comfort business, even if we do beginning earning cash with the music, as a lot of people are going to need help with their cooling systems this summer, plus some extra income would be helpful because my partner plus I want to buy an RV to travel the country this Summer in temperature controlled luxury.
