Two more stories to go and then I’m off to the beach to meet my partner and have lunch there.

Oh, although I just remembered I still need to prepare lunch! I’ll have to get it done fast because I want to avoid rush hour and still have some stories to write, and I can’t just rustle up a sandwich because it’s not nice enough for my partner; it has to be something healthier and more elaborate, which will inevitably take up more time to prepare.

I also have to prepare the bags with towels, animal food, clothes, sun lotions, and everything else one might need to spend a morning at the beach. Later in the afternoon, I will meet my cooling tech friend to play music in the street at our number one spot next to the town’s church. There is a priest that lives there; he’s always a bit tipsy and enjoys listening to our music while he has a drink or two. The local contractor in city heard us playing music once and wanted to hire us to play daily gigs. Things are starting to happen, so it’s a easily exciting time for me and my bandmate. I will continue to toil for the loft comfort business, even if my friend and I do start earning currency with the music, as a lot of people are going to need help with their cooling systems this summer, and some extra income would be helpful because my partner and I want to buy an RV to travel the country this Summer in climate controlled luxury.

I’ve been resting down here on my front porch for the past half an hour just waiting for the heating plus cooling woman to arrive.

I’m not truly have anything special going on, just a regular heating plus AC tune up. It’s the same thing that I do every 6 months. I do my undoubtedly best to take excellent care of my heating plus AC system, in my opinion I know taking good care of your heating plus AC system is one of the most important things you can do. I have a lot of friends that don’t take care of their heat plus AC systems plus I’m not surprised when their HVAC units only last about 10 years before they have to completely replace them. They know it’s because heating plus AC units are not being made as well however I do know that it’s because they’re not taking regular care of their heating plus cooling system. A HVAC unit is a unit like any other plus because of this it has to be well inspected plus looked after. I do know that there is a reason why all my heating plus AC systems last much longer than my friends’ heating plus AC systems. I do know that this is because I take better care of my HVAC units than they do, unluckyly this week, the heating plus AC woman is running a little bit late, however I don’t mind too much, once I get this HVAC appointment over with plus my heating plus AC system will have its tune ups plus repair done plus it should be good for another 6 months or so.

I observed some troubles with the airflow in the family room and I decided to contact a local air conditioning business to see if he could help with the problems. I honestly did not know if there was a problem with the heating or air conditioning or a problem with the air duct. I knew that the air duct inside of the building was entirely old and falling apart. I had some repairs performed when I originally bought that house. The air conditioning business was here earlier this day and I heard all the terrible news that I could take. I was upset about the troubles with their airflow but I found out that the issue was much worse than that, not only do I need a brand new A/C, but all of the air ducts need to be upgraded. The air duct is falling apart and in lots of different places and the sheet metal is starting to crumble. The repair business recommended I try a ductless mini split system instead of dealing with the air duct problems. All of the air duct could be sealed and completely eliminated if we opted to go with a ductless mini split system instead. I am going to talk to my mom about the troubles with the system and find out what she thinks. There are a couple of reasons to get her opinion. I value what she has to say and she worked as a real estate agent for a long time. She has seen a lot of silly conditions that would lead a person to upgrade their A/C.

I recently contacted an experienced repair contractor because I was in need of air conditioning service. I started hearing an unusual sound coming from the system. The guy did not give me a high pressure sales pitch. I could tell that he was just giving me his opinion. He wrote down all of the information on a piece of paper when he was finished with the service repair and told me to supply them a call when I was ready to make some swings. Having the information at my hands is entirely helpful in this situation, because now I can think ahead and plan for the events. I might be able to option a time when the new component is on sale and save even more.
