My girlfriend and I decided to get a home together.

• I was pretty enthusiastic about moving into a place of our own.

My girlfriend was living alone already, but I had a bunch of roommates and we never had any time alone at my locale. We looked at a bunch of different apartments before we finally made our decision on this one. We liked the view and the fact that the locale had a balcony. Another thing that I liked about the place was the fact that there was a pool downstairs. The pool was heated and I could use it anytime that I wanted. When my girlfriend and I moved into the place, we did not know that the previous owners had a bunch of dogs. The home stinked like fresh paint when we viewed it a month earlier. I noticed the stink of dogs immediately and so did my girlfriend. She is really allergic to dogs and she started sneezing and coughing as soon as we moved into the apartment. At first we thought that she was catching a cold but then the symptoms never seemed to go away. we found out that the ductwork needed to be cleaned and sanitized. It was important to wipe and sanitize the ductwork for a lot of reasons, but the most important reason was to help with my girlfriend’s allergies. After we had the repair completed, my girlfriend did not sneeze or cough at all and she has been flu symptom free for the past few weeks.

I always have my eyes looking and I’ve watched as every cryptocurrency, including the one I owned in bulk, has soared in value, while I’ve been forced to sit on this dead duck stock that I was sure was about to explode.

I should have stayed at the AI firm where I was working, but instead, I jumped ship to a firm that looks like it could go under any minute.

If I could only learn to be more patient when investing, maybe I wouldn’t have lost all my money this past year. I should have listened to the advice of the local company and purchased and held my heating and air conditioning system, instead, I lost all of the money I had saved over the previous decade. Irresponsible spending could wipe out ten years of savings in a flash. My father, who is in the HVAC business, always warned me that investing in stand-up comedians and skydivers was a risky proposition. A person who regularly parachutes from airplanes seems like they might be a little too risky to trust with your investment portfolio, so I wouldn’t take their advice. Instead of venturing into an area where I am woefully unprepared, I will continue to focus on what I know best: cleaning air ducts and selling furnace filters. In the end, however, it really doesn’t matter much at all, because money constantly leaves and enters the system, as money is energy and as such represents the flow of energy. It’s time I went to the nearest multinational corporation and bought a HEPA filter.

My good friend and I have discussed calling the heating dealership and having a worker come out to clean out my furnace if my elbow continues to hurt after attempting to do so

The only thing I have planned for this week besides Sunday is a short leg workout at 5 pm with my workout buddy. Aside from that, I plan to spend the afternoon online working and resting my body so that I can play drums and sing with the band tomorrow. I feel like my great friend and I are getting closer to finding our sound, but we still need some more time to fine-tune our music before we can bring in the crowds like I know we can. My good friend and I have been playing mostly in the streets, but we’ve recently expanded to corporate shows in clubs and air-conditioned bars across the city in order to bring in some extra cash. The pain in my elbow has been bothering me since I played a little too much ball a couple of afternoons ago, and I need to get better quickly so that I can continue playing the drums without restriction. My mother purchased a heating pad for me to use in conjunction with the freezing gel I’ve been applying to my elbow. Using alternating cold and heat on sore joints is very effective; I’m starting to feel better after doing this, but it’s still not quite enough. My good friend and I have discussed calling the heating dealership and having a worker come out to clean out my furnace if my elbow continues to hurt after attempting to do so. I’d rather devote my time and energy to making music, and I also need a strong elbow, so having someone else take care of those tasks would be very helpful.

I am from a big family, and we are very close.

• Growing up, we would have sleepovers with my cousins since my mother and her siblings were close.

Even when we grew up and started our different lives, we always kept in touch. Last Thanksgiving, my cousin and her husband announced they were expecting. We were delighted because the baby would be our first niece and our parent’s first grandchild. We all looked forward to meeting her. As my siblings discussed what to get my cousin to congratulate her, we devised an idea to give her cooling equipment. They had recently bought a house and had yet to get a climate control system to help with indoor comfort. The house they had purchased had an ancient HVAC unit which barely kept them warm or cool. With a baby on the way, they needed a quality cooling unit. I consulted my friend, a local service provider with one of the biggest HVAC businesses in the country. The cooling technician recommended an electric heat pump and arranged for an HVAC contractor to handle the HVAC installation. Fortunately, we did this exercise when my cousin went to the hospital to deliver her baby. The only thing left for them to do was call the cooling corporation twice a year to schedule quality AC service and maintenance or when they noticed a problem. I share the cooling specialist’s number with the husband for such instances. We liaised with the husband to have the HVAC system and the thermostat fitted. The cooling technology would work well in their house. She was delighted when she returned home with the baby and immediately noticed the improved indoor comfort and air quality.
