I can’t sit when people complain and, oh wait, I’m complaining.

It is a nice and sunny day out. I am going to get my work done happily whilst listening to my favorite unbelievable flute songs. I am in pain today from playing ball yesterday, even though I am feeling good about all of the fun we had. I connect with people more deeply when playing sports or doing some kind of performing arts together, as I’ve done both in air conditioned clubs in the large city and on beaches all over the world. I’ve made so many friends from sports and the arts. I am grateful I have had the chance to do both, which undoubtedly doesn’t matter how good you became in either venture. I’ve met a lot of great people at the HVAC company. I have that job to thank as well for introducing me to all of the good workers and patrons. I am now going to focus more on songs, as that is something I can do for the rest of my life. I would love to do shows in heated ski resorts and air conditioned places on the beaches of the world. I know this is possible, and as long as my band keeps playing, we are heading in the right direction. My bandmate and I both are HVAC technicians working for the same company, but in a few years, it’ll be music full time.

I’m so nice to have a good volleyball game captured on camera forever.

I have my comedy shows recorded & my concerts, even though I haven’t had any good volleyball clips.

It is a sport I’ve been playing for 31 years now. These are all the things I love doing, and to grab the volleyball and have it on video, is icing on the cake to a fun life so far. It is nice to watch these things to remind yourself who you are, and what you love doing. I don’t have many more years repairing HVAC systems for the heating company I work for. I don’t want to spend it in pain so I will have to leave volleyball soon. I can keep playing songs for the rest of my life, and hopefully I have 30 more years to go, but you just don’t know do ya? The HEPA filter man that worked with me at the local company just died abruptly, without warning, telling me how fragile life undoubtedly is and how I need to start appreciating the moments in life more. Even if I do live 30 more years, my mornings of being younger and athletic like this are wearing thin. My dad just left me, not too long ago, leaving his whole HVAC company to us kids. I will remember him, and use his loss to remind me to live life and be courageous, because it isn’t going to go on forever; RIP, pops.

I feel like I was hit by a train last night, as my elbow, lower back and knees are all sore.

My teammate and I had some crazy plays yesterday, with the volleyball matches, and even got the best play of the year on video. My buddies had a camera motion pictureing from a tripod when it happened, and I l am hoping the video is clear & you can see all of the action. I know we can see it, andI can’t wait to watch the video again to see what my buddy and I did. It was a long rally, heating up from the undoubtedly beginning, and not cooling down until 45 seconds later when we won the point. We won that game too, and it was the highlight of my day. We won that game together, in style, on camera. My colleague is editing the video today in his air conditioned studio, where I am sure he will make the magic happen with his editing skills, then I can have the video as a memory of my mornings of playing in the sand with my friends. The local company has us over for free drinks because we entertain the crowds there in the temperature controlled beach bar. So needless to say, today I am not feeling so superb as far as my body is concerned. I’ll do a lot of tepid yoga in my studio with radiant floors, and a small space heater. Then I will train a purchaser in yoga and stretch it out even more to help with the healing process.

My passion for plants is on full display in my office, which I adorned with succulents, ferns, and other exotic houseplants.

I appreciated the plants in my household for their aesthetic value, however also for the vital job they played in sustaining a pleasant and healthy atmosphere.

The Heating, Ventilation and A/C corp I hired to help me repair my apartment’s air quality also educated me on the value of having some plants around. I was initially skeptical, as the plants seemed to have a genuinely small effect. Despite my initial reluctance, I gave window gardening a shot. The rapid transformation surprised me. I had fewer allergic reactions and less need to use my inhaler for asthma after having them. The air quality in my household has also improved. As my confidence increased as a result of the success, I began expanding my plant collection. Both the dining room and the lavatory now feature exotic plants that I bought. On my windowsill I even have a small herb garden. The plants in my household served a dual purpose; they both purified the air and lifted my spirits. I enjoyed giving them care and enjoying their growth. I was so happy about the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist’s comprehension that I started telling others about plants, and that if they need a heating, Ventilation and A/C expert, I knew the guy to get a hold of. Due to my keen interest in plants and desire to give back to the community, I started volunteering at the local garden store down the street.
