I sign up for each group class that can accommodate my schedule. I sometimes get up extra early to take a class prior to heading into work. There are many times that I can participate in a workout class right after work. I am also willing to devote time on my weekends. Having an instructor to supply guidance helps to motivate in addition to push me further than I would go on my own. I love having the option to try current things, target different types of workouts in addition to feeling good about the accomplishment.
