Ed & I have known each other since high university, you could say Ed and I are high university sweethearts.

At first, Ed and I didn’t like each other that much, but that changed in our senior year.

Ed asked me to the university dance, & I even surprised myself by saying OK; From then on, Ed and I were linked at the hip, & had a lovely time. After graduation, I chose to go to beauty university since I wanted to focus on professional makeup, as Ed was off to train to become a roofing dealer. Ed joined a local community university that offers beginner courses for roofers who want to have a good job in the roofing industry. It took some time to complete the training necessary to become a licensed roofing dealer, despite the fact that Ed made it. It didn’t take even two months before he found toil with a local roofing supplier, & I am so proud of Ed. He works as a roofing dealer in the city specializing in residential roofing. However, Ed plans on going back to university so he can increase his knowledge on commercial roofing. It has been quite interesting enjoying his roofing job take off, & the currency is good. Ed and I are renting a small household in the city where I do make up for my customers during the day. The plan is to save up so I can set up a studio soon, but for now, I’m fine with working from home. Ed is typically away on peculiar roofing tasks so I can have my customers over from 8 am until 6 pm. I can’t wait to see Ed beginning working on commercial roofing tasks in the near future.

It’s been almost 2 years since I relocated to a more current city for work.

They said I could go with roof repairs, then get a current roof when I had the currency for it. This worked out so well, & now I’m in the financial position to have roofers come & upgrade my seasoned roof next week.

Ed has been on the hunt for a favorable & affordable lake house for several years, however many people would have given up on the search by now.

The housing market here has been rather upsetting, & prices are typically on the rise.

This is even worse on properties such as lake houses that people put more value on, but, Ed knew she’d find his dream property, & he was ready to wait for as long as necessary. Ed has a lot of fond memories of spending time with his Mom at the lake, & he typically said she’d live in a lake house… Well, lucky for Ed, he managed to come across the right house thanks to his friend, and Ed’s friend had a cousin who was relocating abroad & at the last minute he decided to sell his lake house. Ed went to see the house & didn’t believe twice about proceeding with the purchase. There were a handful of things he had to handle to make it livable, but that was pretty straightforward to do. Among the upgrades included siding repair. The siding on the lake house was wooden, & part of it was missing. Ed came to learn that this lake house was only in use during summer, so it sort of stood neglected for some time. This explained why Ed had to hire someone to take care of the siding repair. On top of that, Ed had to get them to do roof maintenance since there was a bit of a leak. One day Ed might need to go with roof upgradement, but for now, roof maintenance will help keep the lake house in amazing condition.

If you’re like me and think about investing in a corporate rental property, then I;’m sure you have already done a lot of research on the pros and cons of corporate housing.
