Your HVAC Troubleshooting Guys

There were HVAC workers up on the roof of the building whenever I got to work this morning, then i work up on the top floor of the building, so when I pulled into the parking lot this morning plus I saw the large commercial HVAC truck in the parking lot, I knew that I was in trouble.

• It’s not that I don’t like having good indoor air quality in the building, because of course I do; We just seem to have a lot of trouble with the heating plus cooling system inside of our office, plus it seems like my coworkers on the top floor plus I are the ones who have to suffer because of it.

I mean most of the time during the summer, the top floor is the hottest part of the entire building. It’s like the a/c just can’t keep up. I know that heat rises, plus that seems to be the case all year long in our building; Not only is it hot up there during the summer, however it’s also sweltering on the top floor during the winter. I actually have one of those little personal cooling devices on my desk so that I can turn it on during the week whenever I need it at work! Anyway, since the commercial HVAC company was there to work on the heating plus cooling system, I knew that my associate and I were going to have a long, loud afternoon! That’s because the a/c system for the building is situated up on the roof, which is right above our heads on the top floor. All afternoon long, I could hear clanging plus banging from the roof!

At least there won’t be a repeat of what happened in June of last year, this time, I’m going into the Summer months separate from fear of my heat pump dying in addition to the lying is over, and i hate to lie.

It’s just the worst feeling in addition to whenever I do it, I just feel terrible, and but last Springtime, I chose to not tell my partner that the Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker had given me a heads up about the Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit, and my associate and I consistently get an A/C tune-up each Springtime.

This is the matching piece to the heating maintenance my buddy and I get in the Fall, although, the A/C tune up might be more important… While it does periodically get chilly enough to have the heat pump kick on in the Winter, that’s pretty unusual. What’s not unfamiliar is having that same heat pump run day in addition to night to provide cooling comfort during the Summer months. After getting the info on the old heat pump, I chose to keep that to myself because I wasn’t prepared financially to replace the residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C; For sure, the lie came from a locale of embarrassment. I’m consistently talking about being mindful of our finances. And yet, I had Heating, Ventilation & A/C equipment that was more than 25 years old however hadn’t yet started saving for the up-to-date Heating, Ventilation & A/C unit! So I tried my best to ease the load on the heat pump last Summer. But of course, the heat pump died at the beginning of June in addition to I had to come clean about the whole deal. My partner ended up taking our son to her parents where they have the really latest in residential Heating, Ventilation & A/C. I got to stay at household in addition to take care of the dog separate from any A/C however a window component I borrowed in addition to put inside our bedroom.

My friend and I had to transfer up here for my husbandy’s job and will be here another few years it looks like. I really didn’t know what I was doing when it came to the gas boiler or getting the home ready for Winter, but like I did at home, I called the HVAC professionals to schedule HVAC maintenance. Thankfully, the HVAC specialist helped me understand how to help myself when it came to lowering our heating costs. I just had to follow the step in order to seal the home up really well! Once I did that properly, the source of the major draft became totally apparent. It turned out to be that one of the new, double paned windows was installed without any sort of insulation. Once that was buttoned up, there was zero drafty feeling in the house. Along with the winter time prep, sealing that draft source turned our home into a toasty spot this winter time and my associate and I saved a ton on heating expenses.

I’m so thankful that the renovations on our apartment were completed in April, then it’s sort of weird that after almost two years, there is no more construction going on in our home! Finally, my great friend and I are chilling out in the best residential Heating & Air Conditioning we’ve ever experienced, then our apartment is now exactly that. For the longest time, it was an seasoned apartment that my great friend and I were trying particularly hard to bring back to its prime while also making it a home… This was a pressing undertaking and the past two Summers were tough. The first Summer, my great friend and I lived inside a camper out front of the house. That’s right, my great friend and I lived here in the deep south separate from central air conditioning. Frankly, the camper was pretty comfortable when it came to the cooling. It was far better when it came to air conditioning than what my great friend and I endured last Summer, but my friend and I thought my great friend and I were upgrading last Summer to at least being inside with window air conditioning units, but there was so much going on inside the apartment that my great friend and I particularly couldn’t leave them on… So we’d try to huddle up close to an air conditioning device in order to just sleep separate from breaking a sweat, and all of that is over and in a way, it seems like such a long time ago even though it was just last year; No, my great friend and I are quite satisfied to be going into another sizzling Summer with just the best residential Heating & Air Conditioning one could own. The smart thermostat will take care of us just great this Summer and we’re awfully glad about that.
