Some states have no licensing concerns for house managers

My neighbor Lisa runs her own house management dealer, and she is super successful at it; She has been in house management for over 10 years now, then a couple years ago, I lost my task in the healthcare field because I was hesitant in getting vaccinated; Losing my task was a life altering scenario for me.

During that time, Lisa was in need of a house manager and gave the task to me, and i explained to her that I had no experience in house management, but she insisted that I would be wonderful in the role.

She explained that I needed to learn the tenant and building owner laws for the state that my pal and I live in. In addition, I would be in charge of collecting yearly rent and making sure that all service issues were resolved; Moreover, I would be responsible for securing the leases plus managing the budget and expenses for the property. Although that seemed straight-forward enough, I was worried that I didn’t have a real estate license… When I voiced my problems to her, I was shocked when she told me that no license was needed to become a house manager in our state. All that was required was a high school diploma plus some experience with house management. Lisa explained that some states require a house manager to have a real estate license, however our state was not one of them. Well needless to say, I accepted the position as a house manager, and I have been doing it ever since. And the best part is, I enjoy it more than my former task in the healthcare industry.

A Spring inspection can identify roofing disfigurement

I live in a semi-tropical state which means I experience more than the average rainfall as well as storms each year, but the rainy season usually begins in May in addition to can last all the way into November, during this time, my pal and I will see thunder in addition to lightning storms, heavy downpours, hail, damaging winds, in addition to more, then with all the storms that my pal and I experience, I am regularly thinking about roofing disfigurements because my roof is being exposed to all these elements, then so, every year while in the Spring, I check my roof to identify any disfigurements before the stormy season begins; For my Spring checklist, I correctly start with cleaning out the gutter.

  • During the winter time months, leaves in addition to debris can gather inside the gutter which should be cleaned out to avoid any water leaks, however another task on my list includes checking the shingles to see if any are loose, cracked or curled up, however if there is any indication of roofing disfigurement, it should be taken care of immediately by a professional roofing contractor, however other tasks might include trimming the trees or loose branches that are too close to the home or inspecting the attic for any water leaks or mold.

It is so important to perform these simple checks each Spring because it can be used to identify roofing disfigurement. And the earlier a homeowner spots these roofing disfigurements, the less headaches they will have in the long run. And best of all, the roofing check doesn’t take a lot of time. The inspection can be done on those afternoons when a homeowner begins to beautify their garden for the gorgeous Spring season.

I’m pretty glad laboring as an Heating & A/C serviceman

I’m pretty glad laboring as an Heating & A/C serviceman, however I don’t have a lot of cash in the bank, but of course, I make pretty nice cash right now at the Heating & A/C corporation where I work.

It’s not like I am hurting for cash & I’m able to spend money all my bills & even save a lot of cash sporadically, but I’m not rich.

Of course, I am not the richest guy around, & I never pretend to be. I make a pretty nice living, but I am not at the top of the food chain, so to speak. A lot of people that I know make a lot more cash than me, but not numerous people are happier than I am. I think that it is absolutely pressing to love your task, & I certainly love laboring on heating & cooling systems. I never dread going into work, & I think that is worth more than all of the cash in the world! I have a absolutely nice friend who is an investment banker & he loathes his task, then he dreads going to work everyday, even though he has a absolutely extravagant car & a extravagant house. However, I just do not think that he is all that glad. I think that he would rather be going to a task that he certainly enjoys than going to one that he hates even though he makes a lot of cash. I feel it absolutely just depends on where your priorities are. My priorities are entirely with being glad with my life, not with having lots of cash!
