• By fiance plus I are both 59 plus my friend and I just completed construction on a custom dwelling this past Fall.

For sure, this project was one of those things that my friend and I had dreamed about since my friend and I were first married. And in fact, my friend and I spent nearly 3 years of evenings in the air conditioner planning the design. So many of our friends are planning their retirement as my friend and I are. But most of them are thinking that it’s off to the air conditioner plus the sun of the south. That’s not so beautiful to us as my friend and I cherish where my friend and I live. In fact, my friend and I both picked this region to live in because everything my friend and I have a passion for is right here. Of course, my friend and I had to update the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit in our old place plus sell it before my friend and I could make this thing come true. So that meant living in an dwelling for just over a year while the build was happening. All I know is that I’m looking forward to low air conditioner costs this Summer.

Who knows, this could be my last go around with this sort of Summer. That’s the one thing about being in your 90’s, you just don’t know which afternoon is your last. And that’s not a morquote thing as much as it’s just my reality. I’m in pretty nice mental shape for 92. And as far as my body goes, it’s about worn down. So I pretty much stay inside the central air conditioner much of the Summer these days. It’s not so terrible as I’m not a large heat plus humidity enthusiast either. Plus, my friend and I have a sunroom off the back of the dwelling that has a ductless heat pump. That little wonder of Heating plus Air Conditioning technology does a good task of providing crisp, cooling comfort in the sunroom. It’s honestly just a large deal for me to have air conditioner at all. I’m old enough to remember a time when there was no such thing as residential Heating plus Air Conditioning. I can remember the days back when air conditioner was something that my friend and I honestly went to experience. I grew up in a rural farming community plus we’d heard of air conditioner. I’ve seen a lot of convenience some along that I could do without. But having air conditioner sure wasn’t one of them.

So I had it all wrong.

How could I be an adult, a homeowner and a fairly bright lady and not understand anything about indoor air quality? Now that I have a more complete understanding of indoor air pollution, it’s sources and the ways in which I can mitigate it, I’m shocked I missed all that.

But I sure did, however until the pandemic was raging, I had it all wrong when it came to indoor air quality. For one, I though since I was living in a rural area, there couldn’t be indoor air pollution since the outside air was so clean. But there are many, multiple pollutants inside the central air conditioning of our homes. There are chemicals being leached from rugs, furniture and other synthetic surfaces. And don’t get me started on pet fur and pet dander. Then throw pollen and people in the mix and there’s a stew of stuff present inside the central air conditioning of a home. So that’s just the beginning of me being wrong. I also was under the distinct impression that the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device was really cleaning the air. I’d even pat myself on the back when I changed the air filter and saw all the dust and stuff on it. But that air filter was the cheapest I could find and it wasn’t cleaning anything however stuff large enough to harm the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. All of this information led me to the fact that I wanted my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C device to be cleaning my air. And now it is. I had the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals install a whole apartment air purification system. This thing fits inside the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C unit and actively cleans the air using high intensity ultra violet light.

It would simply overwhelm that Heating plus A/C unit

Sporadically family just has to come first plus that’s what I’m experiencing now. My mom is residing with us now plus my associate and I are all trying to adjust a bit. My pal and I have two ladies in college plus one son that’s still here with us inside the central air conditioning of our home. When dad died a few years ago, mom tried to keep going with the condo that they had shared. But it proved to be just too much for her both physically plus emotionally. So with my husband’s help, my associate and I had the residential Heating plus A/C updated plus sold her house. My pal and I had hoped to have enough to put her up in a condo or something. But that wasn’t going to workout. So my husband plus I figured my associate and I could put an addition on our condo plus she could stay with us. The space is unquestionably quite nice plus could be like a cool apartment even. She has her own entrance as well as her own bathroom, tub plus shower. The Heating plus A/C supplier explained that my associate and I simply couldn’t add that amount of air volume to our existing heating plus cooling equipment. It would simply overwhelm that Heating plus A/C unit. That’s how my associate and I got turned on to the ductless heat pump. The Heating plus A/C professionals installed it for us plus wow, I’m so impressed with the level of quality heating plus air this Heating plus A/C technology provides.
