Well, maybe not forever but more than 30 years plus upward of 40 years

We’re not yet retired but my associate and I are now for sure starting that chapter. By wife plus I are both 59 plus my associate and I just completed construction on a custom condo this past Fall. For sure, this project was one of those things that my associate and I had dreamed about since my associate and I were first married. And in fact, my associate and I spent nearly 3 years of afternoons in the air conditioning planning the design. So numerous of our friends are planning their retirement as my associate and I are. But most of them are thinking that it’s off to the air conditioning plus the sun of the south. That’s not so appealing to us as my associate and I prefer where my associate and I live. In fact, my associate and I both picked this region to live in because everything my associate and I have a passion for is right here, then of course, my associate and I had to upgrade the Heating plus A/C unit in our old location plus sell it before my associate and I could make this thing come true. So that meant residing in an apartment for just over a year while the build was happening. That made me yearn for my own quality heating plus air since the Heating plus A/C unit in that apartment was really old plus needed to be updated. The geothermal heat pump that my associate and I had installed in our modern location will likely be the last one my associate and I have to put in. Not only is it super efficient plus sustainable, the geo heat pump lasts forever. Well, maybe not forever but more than 30 years plus upward of 40 years. That’s pretty remarkable that the Heating plus A/C unit will, in all likelihood, survive my wife plus I. All I know is that I’m looking forward to low air conditioning costs this Summer.

 

I made my update as quick as possible

The first time I got the note taped to my door, I thought it was a joke.

But it was a poorly worded warning that I needed to screen my Heating plus A/C unit from view of passersby on the street.

That sounded absolutely absurd to me. When I told my wife, I thought that she had done this after I split the shrubs a bit too short early this Springtime. I was trying my best to save a few bucks plus I’m doing my own sod this year. Besides, I need to get off my duff plus get out of the central air conditioning of my home. I’m not a big exercise nut so keeping active with chores plus stuff like sodwork is my thing. After I told my wife how funny I thought her joke was, she just sort of stared at me. But then again, she can sort of do this as she’s trying to decompress from being in the office all afternoon. So I said sorry plus was turning to leave her alone. That’s when she said that she didn’t write the note. And evidently, she did see this rule from the HOA before in some papers after my associate and I obtained the house. I was incredulous that the HOA would put a note on my door. They have my address, my SMS plus my PC number. I called them up plus that conversation right away went south. The guy I was talking with was completely defensive plus not using any sort of respected sense. He said he’d good me. So that’s what I’m waiting for now. The hedge is growing out nicely plus will indeed screen the Heating plus A/C unit from view in mere weeks more of growth. I’m guessing that good will be taped to my door as well.

We weren’t as far south as the Magical Kingdom plus that’s the only locale in the south that I had visited during the Winter, yea, I need to get out more but my holiday budget hasn’t exactly been well funded. Instead, I’m trying to keep 3 kids in school. But I remember that it was warm there even in February. And my dad even put on the air conditioning back at the motel one night it was that warm in the room. It was one of those big, wall device air conditioning units plus it was loud. It sure did belt out the cooling comfort though as the room became a fridge by the time I woke up the next afternoon. So this was all I had to go on as I faced my first winter season down here with just a heat pump for heating. This was the first winter season season that I had not had a gas boiler checked plus diagnosed by an Heating plus Air Conditioning professional. But in order to keep paying those tuition bills, I went for a promotion plus got it. That promotion came with a transfer to the south where there aren’t gas boilers. I knew it was going to be warmer here but I wasn’t expecting quite what my nice friend and I got. For sure, I was able to get outside every afternoon of the winter season that it wasn’t raining. So I enjoyed that. And my nice friend and I did get a couple of freezing snaps that required me moving the thermostat over to heating. The heat pump was way more than I needed when it came to heating a house. And I enjoyed that too. Now, I’m counting on that same heat pump for lots of air conditioning as I face my first Summer down here.

It honestly syncs with the Heating plus Air Conditioning technology

I’m sort of savoring these last days of good weather before the heat plus humidity hammer comes down once again. It’s mid May plus that means my friend and I are on the cusp of temperatures soaring into the mid 90’s plus staying there. And when I say staying there, I mean until September pretty much. So that means that the heat pump is about to get the biggest workout of the year. Sure, the Heating plus Air Conditioning unit takes the vast majority of the winter season season off. It gets to sleep like a bear most of the winter season because my friend and I just don’t need it. Actually, my friend and I have gone entire Winters without even flipping the thermostat over to heating. These days, my friend and I breakout a space heater if my friend and I need it in the afternoon to knock the chill out of the place. But when it comes to air conditioner, this is the time of the year that you need to be sure to get an air conditioner tune up from the Heating plus Air Conditioning business. The heat pump needs to be in top form for our sort of heat. I like to add new way each year to contribute to lightening the load on the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. This year, I have added a smart thermostat in order to better manage the air conditioner when the dwelling is empty during the peak heating hours. In addition to the smart thermostat, I had a solar shade system installed. It honestly syncs with the Heating plus Air Conditioning technology. The smart thermostat will deploy the shades where it detects rising temperatures from direct sun heating. While I’m not exactly eager for four months of overwhelming heat outside, I’m gleeful to see what these additions can do.
