When you are the dad of 3 lovely daughters, you tend to be pretty wonderful at being both the wonderful cop and the bad cop. It’s just a truth that my partner pretty much runs the show inside the central air conditioning of the house. And she can be pretty exacting when holding the women accountable. She doesn’t put up with excuses for any deviation from the rules. So I have to sometimes play the wonderful cop and stand down in the air conditioning to talk to one of the women after she gets blasted by mom. But when it comes to them dating, I’m the best bad cop you’ve ever seen. I can remember walking into the central air conditioning of my first girlfriend’s house for the first time. I had my license and had borrowed dad’s car for this date. That’s where I got my first lesson in being the bad cop. My girlfriend’s dad took me into her den and made it seriously clear just how rare her daughter was. And that I was on the hook for her safety any time she left the air conditioning of that house. It’s basically the same bad cop transport that I use now that I’m the one scared to death to let my little women get into a car with someone. But when it comes to policing the heating and cooling, that’s not up to me anymore. Thanks to the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C technology in the smart control unit, I just leave all that alone these mornings. The smart control unit now knows our patterns and adjusts accordingly. So I’ll save large once again on air conditioning this year without having to be the wonderful cop or the bad cop.
I think we need a ductwork cleaning
It’s going to be just a tad later than I had hoped really.
But I guess that’s on me because I kept meaning to call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C corporation and just never did.
Then when I did call the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals, it was going to be a few weeks before they could get to me. I think there are plenty of other folks out there who also care about scrub ductworks. This Heating, Ventilation, and A/C maintenance is something I like to include in my Spring cleaning every other year or so. I’d honestly do it every year if I didn’t get the sideways glance from my wife. She thinks back to back ductwork cleaning and ductwork resealing is too often. I guess he’s just a bit too cheap really. That’s fine as long as I get the ductwork cleaning done with some sort of consistency. It really blows my mind when friends don’t even know what I’m talking about when it comes to ductwork cleaning and ductwork resealing. And these are people who have lived in the same house for decades. I can’t imagine what the state of their ductwork is like. Look, whether my associate and I want to feel it or not, gravity affects all of us all the time. My friend and I are always under the influence of gravity. Well, so is the ductwork. And that ends up separating ductwork joints that then let in particulate, dust and stuff. It also severely diminishes the efficiency of the heat pump. So ductwork cleaning and ductwork resealing are simply a large time must. The Heating, Ventilation, and A/C professionals are coming at the beginning of next week and I’m gleeful to experience the results. That reminds me, I need to get some HEPA filters from the hardware store.

When my associate and I moved down here, I knew there were going to be a lot of swings, but it’s quite a odd environment in almost every way from where my associate and I came from, both my partner and I grew up and lived in a northern city… That meant that my associate and I lived in apartment all of our lives.
The Winters were dominated by the frigid however my associate and I had pretty wonderful radiant heating in our apartment.
The Summer could get moderate however nothing a couple of window air conditioning units couldn’t handle. This was all turned on it’s head when my associate and I moved south! First, my associate and I became homeowners for the very first time, and my associate and I have central air conditioning for the first time as well. All of our heating and cooling comes from the heat pump, and my friend and I upgraded all of the heating and cooling device when my associate and I bought this locale. We’re also lucky that my associate and I both work inside offices with good commercial Heating, Ventilation, and A/C. That’s a must with Summer temperatures like we’re now dealing with. I can’t imagine having to wear a coat and tie to work without some pretty stellar air conditioning in the office. But I guess the greatest challenge for me anyway is the humidity. I’ve never felt anything like it. Sure, the temperatures stick in the mid to upper 90’s all Summer, then however, it’s that dang humidity that really knocks me out. Thankfully, the heat pump is there to help with that as well. Not only does the heat pump deliver the cooling comfort that I need, it’s balancing the humidity level as well. I care about walking into my apartment at any point to be met with crips, cooling comfort and low humidity from the central air conditioning.
