It’s taxing living so far from my mother.

It’s not so much that I’m just a straight up mama’s boy, which I am in fact.

But it’s more that she’s in a stage of her life where she just needs way more help. My sister lives about 20 minutes away plus she checks in quite frequently. Still, I worry about things like the heating plus cooling, her vehicle plus making her loft safe. Mom doesn’t transfer around the way she once did. However, she doesn’t want to acproficiency any of this as that just isn’t the way she’s built… Dad died when my nice friend and I were young children. He died completely unexpectedly plus my mom had to carry on separate from him. She had us to raise plus that was her first order of business. It had to have been taxing to just spend my money the air conditioning bills on what she made as a update professor. So now that I’m making a truly nice living, I entirely have been committed to making her life a bit easier where I can. To that end, I travel up there for a couple of weeks like 3 times a year. My task allows me to labor remotely when I need to which makes these trips possible. This last trip, my sister plus I did a lot of things for mom. The main thing on my agenda was upgrading the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. Normally, my mom wouldn’t allow such a thing as she didn’t want to be a burden. But this time, she was simply thankful to get the central air conditioning updated. The new residential Heating plus Air Conditioning is entirely something plus she even has a smart thermostat. I appreciate the fact that she now has an app on her smart phone so she can adjust her air conditioning separate from having to get up.

The first time I got the note taped to my door, I thought it was a joke.

• But it was a poorly worded warning that I needed to screen my Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment from view of passersby on the street.

That sounded entirely crazy to me. When I told my spouse, I thought that she had done this after I cut the shrubs a bit too short early this Springtime. I was trying my best to save a few bucks plus I’m doing my own lawn this year. Besides, I need to get off my duff plus get out of the central air conditioning of my home. I’m not a sizable exercise nut so keeping active with chores plus stuff like lawnwork is my thing. After I told my spouse how funny I thought her joke was, she just sort of stared at me. But then again, she can sort of do this as she’s trying to decompress from being in the office all afternoon. So I said sorry plus was turning to leave her alone. That’s when she said that she didn’t write the note. And apparently, she did see this rule from the HOA before in some papers after my nice friend and I bought the house. I was incredulous that the HOA would put a note on my door. They have my address, my SMS plus my phone number. I called them up plus that conversation instantly went south. The guy I was talking with was completely defensive plus not using any sort of common sense. He said he’d nice me. So that’s what I’m waiting for now. The hedge is growing out nicely plus will indeed screen the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment from view in mere weeks more of growth. I’m guessing that nice will be taped to my door as well.

Who knows, this could be my last go around with this sort of Summer. That’s the one thing about being in your 90’s, you just don’t know which afternoon is your last. And that’s not a morquote thing as much as it’s just my reality. I’m in pretty nice mental shape for 92. And as far as my body goes, it’s about worn down. So I pretty much stay inside the central air conditioning much of the Summer these nights. It’s not so awful as I’m not a sizable heat plus humidity enthusiast either! Plus, my nice friend and I have a sunroom off the back of the loft that has a ductless heat pump. That little wonder of Heating plus Air Conditioning technology does a good task of providing crisp, cooling comfort in the sunroom. It’s entirely just a sizable deal for me to have air conditioning at all. I’m seasoned enough to remember a time when there was no such thing as residential Heating plus Air Conditioning. And I grew up down here where the heat plus humidity have always been rough over the Summer months plus into October. I can remember the nights back when air conditioning was something that my nice friend and I entirely went to experience. I grew up in a rural farming community plus we’d heard of air conditioning. There was a department store about an hour away by vehicle that entirely had some form of commercial Heating plus Air Conditioning. I still remember the truly first time I walked from the broiling, moist heat of Summer right into the cooling comfort of air conditioning. It entirely felt like a bit of magic to me. I’ve seen a lot of convenience some along that I could do separate from. But having air conditioning sure wasn’t one of them.

I’m sort of savoring these last nights of good weather before the heat plus humidity hammer comes down once again.

It’s mid May plus that means my nice friend and I are on the cusp of uneven temperatures soaring into the mid 90’s plus staying there.

And when I say staying there, I mean until October pretty much. So that means that the heat pump is about to get the biggest workout of the year. Sure, the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment takes the vast majority of the winter season season off. It gets to sleep like a bear most of the winter season because my nice friend and I just don’t need it. Actually, my nice friend and I have gone entire Winters separate from even flipping the thermostat over to heating. These nights, my nice friend and I breakout a space heating system if my nice friend and I need it in the afternoon to knock the chill out of the locale. But when it comes to air conditioning, this is the time of the year that you need to be sure to get an air conditioning tune up from the Heating plus Air Conditioning corporation. The heat pump needs to be in top form for our sort of heat. I like to add new way each year to contribute to lightening the load on the Heating plus Air Conditioning equipment. This year, I have added a smart thermostat in order to better manage the air conditioning when the loft is empty during the peak heating hours. In addition to the smart thermostat, I had a solar shade system installed. It entirely syncs with the Heating plus Air Conditioning technology. The smart thermostat will deploy the shades where it detects rising uneven temperatures from direct sunlight heating. While I’m not exactly eager for four months of overwhelming heat outside, I’m happy to see what these additions can do.
