I would not have gone to Heating, Ventilation and A/C school

I have dyslexia which doesn’t make me stupid, however it is a reading disability.

Some people guess that dyslexia makes you stupid, but those people knew nothing about Einstein, or various other geniuses who have dyslexia.

I proved to people that I wasn’t as stupid as they thought I was. I was still having a hard time reading and doing math, however it was because our letters and numbers were jumbled. When I told the lecturer at the Heating and A/C college about my dyslexia, he shook my hand and told me welcome to the group. He said he had a horrible time with his dyslexia, and if it hadn’t been for an instructor who recognized his disability, he would not have gone to Heating and A/C college. He asked me if I had an easier time if they gave me verbal tests instead of written tests. Most of our instructors didn’t like doing that. They just wanted to push me to the next grade. He told me that whenever there were tests, he would deliver me an oral exam. He also offered to send his child to my home and help me study. His child also had dyslexia. He said they understood what I was going through. I didn’t know I could ever thank the lecturer and his son, until I joined their Heating and A/C supplier right out of college. Without the Heating and A/C lecturer and his son, I would not be where I am now. I own one of the biggest Heating and A/C companies in our state, and my child is in line to take over when I retire in a couple of years.

My child swore spiders were crawling from the air vent.

He wasn’t glad because I made him release the spider, even though he understood.

When I heard our child scream, I knew there was something terribly wrong. She pointed to the air vent and kept saying spiders. I opened the air vent cover while my wife calmed our child down, however I saw nothing. I started putting the air vent cover back on when I saw a big spider crawling through. I instantly knew what was happening. I called our child and told him he had to get himself to his sibling’s dining room. I pointed to the spider coming out of the air vent and asked if he had put it there. He said it wasn’t one that would bite, and he didn’t think it would hurt anything. I told him his sibling was afraid of the spider, and it was still inside the air vent. He brought his spider cage to her room and carefully pulled the spider from the air vent and put it in his cage. I made him apologize to his sibling, and he had to sleep in her room for the night. The next afternoon, he released the spider back into the garden. He wasn’t glad because I made him release the spider, even though he understood. I told him if I had called the Heating and A/C supplier and the exterminator, he would have been paying both bills. I’m hoping he learned his lesson, but if he’s anything like I was, I’ve got a feeling this was just the beginning of the pranks. I just hope our child and the Heating and A/C system are going to survive them all. I’m not sure I will.

I was going to cover the air vents

Being the superintendent of a big apartment building, I get a lot of peculiar repair calls. Two days ago, one of our apartment dwellers called and told me she heard bees in her ductwork. I had never heard of such a thing, so instead of telling her she was nuts, I went up to her apartment. I could hear some humming coming from the ductwork, however I could not hear bees. She told me to get closer to the air vent, and I would believe what she was talking about. I put our ear to the air vent, and I listened closely. There was a hum and I could faintly hear a noise that could be a buzz. The longer I listened, the more I heard the noise she was hearing. I started knocking on the walls, however that made no difference in the sound. I thought that if bees could have gotten into the ductwork, knocking would make the noise louder, or send a stray bee out of the air vent. I called the Heating and A/C business, and they said they would come over the next afternoon. In the meantime, I was going to cover the air vents. If she had bees in the ductwork, the entire building would have bees in the ductwork. I told the renter the Heating and A/C specialist would be there in the afternoon, and everything would be taken care of then. On my way out of her apartment, I heard some peculiar noises coming from the apartment next door. The owners had a toy for the dog that was a buzzing and jumping ball, and it was vibrating through the air vents.

My house was freezing because of the faulty furnace

Last week, I called the Heating and A/C business because it was constantly cold in my house.

I told him I thought there was something wrong with the furnace.

I had recently updated all the windows and had put insulation around the windows and doors, so I knew I didn’t have a loss of heat. I was sure there had to be something wrong with the furnace. I had an Heating and A/C specialist to the beach house a week earlier, and he told me the furnace is on its last leg. He told me he could get it running for another week, however that was it. I needed to discuss what furnace I wanted to update this one, and give them a call. Here I was, less than a week later, and the furnace was no longer working. I told the Heating and A/C specialist about the person and asked if he was available. He told me he had moved on to another Heating and A/C company and asked if he could look at the furnace. Once he looked at the furnace, he could deliver us a better system of what I may need. When he came upstairs, he looked at me and asked if I was sure I needed a new furnace? I told him what the Heating and A/C specialist had told me and asked if there was a problem. He walked outside, and I heard him on the phone. When he came back inside, he said another Heating and A/C specialist would be there in ten minutes. The owner of the Heating and A/C business showed up and had me look at a picture. It was the Heating and A/C specialist who said I needed a new furnace. He thanked me, and walked outside with his phone in hand.
