It had been a long winter, plus I wanted to have my air duct cleaned before the air conditioner component went into use, but i had a lot of dust in the house, plus I knew it was time to have the air duct cleaned.

It had been about 3 years since the last cleaning plus it was due.

I called the HVAC contractor plus asked them to send some air duct cleaners to the home to clean plus sanitize the air duct. Two days later, the professional air duct cleaners were at the house, plus they were just getting into the inspection; One of the more than one guys came upstairs plus asked if I would go into the basement with him. I went downstairs, plus he started pointed many sizeable holes in the air duct; Some of them were immense enough that he could put more than one fingers through, but he asked if I had spent a lot of cash on fuel that year. I had used more than usual, plus it was quite expensive. He said that most of my heat was leaking out of the holes. He said that normally, they could maintenance the holes, but they were beyond the maintenance stage. The air duct needed upgraded. I told him I just wanted the air duct cleaned, plus I hadn’t even considered having it upgraded. He apologized plus said he had nothing to do with the rust plus he would happyly maintenance it if he could, but…I knew what that but meant plus I didn’t question him further. I asked if he could come up with a price plus have an HVAC serviceman come to the home that night, after my fiance was home.

As I was about to go in I saw Mark, the Heating and A/C supplier who also is co-owner of our local Heating and A/C dealer coming back into town with his family, however he has been gone for 2 weeks now in addition to I’m sure he is happy to come condo to our small little town.

It was getting a bit frigid in the night so I decided to turn on our oil furnace. I heard a ticking noise but nothing else. I could either call John or Mark, john has been so busy the last couple of weeks while Mark has been on getaway in addition to I’m sure Mark has some fun stories to tell me.
