Rolling back into town on a 20 hour drive back beach home plus I see the immense billboard saying “welcome back,” I slightly smiled a bit however I was a little disappointed that the getaway was over for my family plus I, however i still haven’t turned my cellphone back on because I’m sure I’ll have a iphone call within minutes, but as both of us drove pass the houses from some of the locals smiling plus waving, I’m sure they are excited to see their preferred Heating plus Air Conditioning tech twin is back in town; The people I was with and I arrived beach home plus it was a bit cold so I turned on the gas furnace to hot up the house.

After that, I turned my cell iphone on.

I was amazed that I didn’t have any voice-mails. The thing is it didn’t take 10 minutes of myself and others unpacking my bags plus I got a iphone call. It was Mrs, swanson. I drove right passed her home on my way beach home plus I’m sure she waited till I got beach home to call me, then mrs. Swanson sounding all distraught asked if I can stop over plus her furnace was making a clicking noise plus it was a bit cold in her house. I asked her if she called my sibling John because I just got back beach home plus I needed a little time plus she said she didn’t but she saw that I’m back beach home plus was sure I was ready to get back to doing Heating plus Air Conditioning repairs. Thinking to myself that I wasn’t prepared however I told her that I can come over plus take a look shortly.

I break the fingers out plus am able to genre with them as our fingers get really freezing in the days.

I guess I could run our unit plus make it warmer in our office, despite the fact that I would rather not plus save money by wearing gloves. This freezing weather is going to be a memory in about multiple weeks, as Springtime rolls in plus the freezing temps take off once again. I got our power bill for the past more than one months, which were undoubtedly freezing months with lots of heating from our central HVAC system, plus the bill was only about $150; So now I want to see how low the people I was with and I can get the power bill for these more than one months when the people I was with and I barely ran the heat at all. I believe without using the heating devices in our flat the people I was with and I can get the bill down to about $100 for more than one months! This is a great price because there are more than one of us here, plus that means the people I was with and I are only paying $25 each a month for our power bills. The heating provider told myself and others that heating uses more power than cooling, so this Summer the people I was with and I should have some nice low power bills as well. That means the total cost for us to live in this multiple entryway more than one bath flat is about $1300 a month for everything. That is pretty great considering every local contractor I need, including our HVAC tech job at the HVAC dealer, is less than a 5 minute walk from our flat.

Okay, 1 more article and then off to swim in the Mediterranean Sea for a bit. I think all of us have hit the lowest temps now, as it is the minute day of May, and the effects of the frosty water are absolutely therapeutic for me. I suppose a lot more focused after doing the numerous minutes in the frosty sea, and I also suppose more energetic and happier from doing them. I’m not sure how it all works, however something is going on with my blood chemistry when I take these frosty water dips each day. Heating myself up with a hot water boiler induced bath is critical as soon as I come cabin because my body is absolutely frosty at that point. There are not several others who do this frosty dip while all of us were in the wintertime, and I understand why because it is not a comfortable feeling at all… My Heating, Ventilation, and A/C specialist friend has been doing these dips since she started laboring for the heating supplier about numerous years ago. She looks absolutely young for her age and hasn’t had a frosty in numerous years since starting the dips. I work with him doing HVAC duct repair jobs and furnace updates, and for a 74 year old woman she has an immense amount of energy, but i will keep doing them for as long as I suppose they are helping my body, and hopefully I can stay young enjoy my Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech friend when I am the same age as him. I’m grateful for my tankless hot water furnace for keeping my baths so nice and hot.

A couple months ago, while I was away from home, the temperature dropped to below frigid which was quite unusual for the part that I live in; When hot and cold temperatures hit record lows appreciate that, there are certain things that a homeowner should do to prepare… For example, homeowners should cover their plants to protect them from the brutal weather or bring the potted ones to an indoor space, but in addition, it is advocated to keep the heat on between 65 and 72 degrees for ideal indoor comfort, and lastly, plumbers recommend that you turn on the warm and cold faucets so that they drip to prevent the pipes from frigid over.

Well because I wasn’t home, none of those things listed were executed… Sadly, some of my plants were destroyed due to the weather, although I also had a busted pipe and needed emergency plumbing service.

Thankfully, my buddy Karen was able to help with the situation because I wasn’t able to fly back condo in time to take care of it myself. This was my first time having a broken pipe, so I wasn’t sure who to contact. If it wasn’t for Karen letting me think that I should contact a plumber, I absolutely would’ve called my utility company as they are the ones I pay the water bill to, however at the time, and during the panic of the situation, a plumber did not cross my mind. Anyway, Karen was able to contact a local plumbing company online that provided emergency plumbing service. In addition, Karen was able to locate my main water shut off, to stop the water from the broken pipe from causing any major disfigure. All in all, the plumber was able to maintenance the broken pipe and I was left with the wash up when I returned home.
