Sun is going down & as I sit on our sunporch it is about time to head in.

As I was about to go in I saw Mark, the Heating, Ventilation & A/C worker who also is co-owner of our local Heating, Ventilation & A/C company coming back into village with her family, however she has been gone for 2 weeks now & I’m sure she is excited to come house to our small little town.

It was getting a bit freezing in the night so I decided to turn on our oil furnace. I heard a ticking noise however nothing else. I didn’t think much of it at first however after a short stage of time, I noticed that our house wasn’t getting any warmer. I knew at that point of time I need to call an Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech. I could either call John or Mark, but john has been so stressed the last couple of weeks while Mark has been on getaway & I’m sure Mark has some fun stories to tell me. Also, think Mark would be itching to get back to doing heating & cooling repairs. So I decided to call Mark & supply John a break. Mark answered the cellphone & sounded a bit fatigued but she answered her cellphone so I’ll take that as a superb sign. I told Mark that our oil furnace was making a clicking noise & it seemed I was getting no heat. She asked if I called her sibling & I told him I didn’t because I was sure she was ready to get back to work. Mark said she will be over shortly to look at our oil furnace. I knew she was ready to get back into Heating, Ventilation & A/C!

Rolling back into village on a 20 hour drive back house & I see the big billboard saying “welcome back,” I slightly smiled a bit but I was a little disappointed that the getaway was over for our family & I, but i still haven’t turned our cellphone back on because I’m sure I’ll have a cellphone call within hours.

As all of us drove pass the houses from some of the locals smiling & waving, I’m sure they are thrilled to see their number one Heating, Ventilation & A/C tech twin is back in town! Both of us arrived house & it was a bit freezing so I turned on the gas oil furnace to warm up the house.

After that, I turned our cell cellphone on. I was amazed that I didn’t have any voicemails, and the thing is it didn’t take 10 minutes of myself and others unpacking our bags & I got a cellphone call. It was Mrs; Swanson. I drove right passed her house on our way house & I’m sure she waited till I got house to call me, but mrs. Swanson sounding all worried asked if I can stop over & her oil furnace was making a clicking noise & it was a bit cold in her house. I asked her if she called our sibling John because I just got back house & I needed a little time & she said she didn’t but she saw that I’m back house & was sure I was ready to get back to doing Heating, Ventilation & A/C repairs. Thinking to myself that I wasn’t prepared but I told her that I can come over & take a look shortly.

The first tied up duct cleaning was to take locale after several years, plus this was enough time to pay off the loan. It was not until I observed my cat’s fur all over the house that I realized there was an issue with the media air cleaner… Upon further inspection, I saw the component was not even on.

My Heating, Ventilation and A/C component was toiling, but not the media air cleaner, so I never saw when it broke down, however luckily, the Heating, Ventilation and A/C contractor promised to send its Heating, Ventilation and A/C servicemans within numerous hours.

By this time, I had seen the reduced indoor comfort and hoped the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professionals would help with indoor comfort. The workmen were on time for the appointment, and after running Heating, Ventilation and A/C maintenance on the toiling unit, they checked on the other malfunction. As the local companys did the duct cleaning and fixing the HVAC duct, the senior engineers assessed the air quality system. They established the issue to be a malfunctioned socket. The socket pins looked bent, so they did not transfer power to the unit. I was cheerful because all I needed to do was buy a new socket and extension instead of an entire unit. As the people I was with and I moved the grand piano in, the people I was with and I nicked the socket and messed with the pins. The workmen said the component had been off for several afternoons, but I only observed it the previous afternoon. The central component had air cleaning capabilities which slightly improved the air quality but not at the same level as the air cleaner. They finished by changing the air filters and taking myself and others step by step through the process so I could attempt it in the future. I was impressed by the lake house services I received from the engineers and purposed to check on all the units respectfully.
