When I called the Heating, Ventilation, in addition to A/C supplier to work on the A/C unit, I forgot about the birthday part we were having in the backyard. I handed him the phone, because I still had the Heating & Air Conditioning company on the phone when he showed up. I told them about his attitude while he stood in the house. I could hear excuses starting to come out of his mouth, & he would not shut up. When he finally handed me the phone back, he asked where the gas furnace was, & then said they wanted me back. The person on the phone apologized to me & said he was new, but that wasn’t an excuse for his attitude. I had things I enjoy doing doing, & that didn’t include worrying about whether he had his supper on time, or had time to call his fiance. I was supposed to be at work, & I had lost an entire afternoon’s pay because of him. I got another apology & told me that all I would need to pay for was the gas furnace parts. The Heating & Air Conditioning contractor would do the job for free.
