He said some people would be happy about the heat, although I didn’t love his sarcasm. I told him that if he didn’t want to service the gas furnace, I could find someone else who would. He couldn’t show until day, so I curled up on the floor in the basement kitchen, where it was always cool. The next day, i was up at 6 AM, waiting for the Heating and A/C specialist, who didn’t arrive until almost 11 AM, and I was not happy.
