Lately, I have been seeing so many commercials offering solar panels to homeowners as well as other incentives. I often wonder if those deals are too good to be true. So, I am yet to entertain any of it. But I must admit that every time I see the ads, I wonder if I qualify for the incentives. While I know very little about solar panels, it sounds like it could save a lot of money on my energy bill. In fact, the ads stated that the solar panels would generate so much energy that the power company would have to issue rebates. Although the solar panels sound great, I was more interested in the energy-efficient HVAC units that the ad also promises. Currently, my HVAC unit is over 15 years old, so it has lost some of its efficiency and I will need to replace it soon. Having an energy-efficient HVAC unit will improve the temperature in my home, and it will also save me some money on my energy bill. The savings occur because the unit doesn’t need to work as hard to maintain a comfortable temperature in my home. Moreover, my HVAC unit is noisy when it cycles on and off and a newer unit would eliminate that issue. Plus, the purpose of a high efficiency HVAC unit is that they are better for the environment. They would use less of our resources to operate. I might skip over the solar deal, but if I qualify for a new more energy-efficient HVAC unit, I will have to consider taking the offer. Hopefully, it’s a legit deal and it’s not too good to be true.

I got stuck in a snowstorm on our way apartment from school.

The HVAC plan in our motorcar wasn’t working well, and I was stuck on the interstate.

The only thing that kept me from freezing to death in our car, was an offramp with a hotel sign right at the end. When I got inside, everyone was clamoring to get a room. I had forgotten our purse in the car, and I didn’t have a credit card. A truck driver was resting there, and heard me. He handed his credit card to the person at the desk and told her to get me a room. He asked which motorcar was mine, and before I knew what was happening, he was walking out the door, and before he got back the power went out in the hotel. I was kneeling in a dark room with no heat, again, and no food. I was tired, hungry, cold, and wanting a shower. There was a knock on the door, and I looked out to see the truck driver. He brought our purse up from the car, and had the motorcar towed up to the hotel. There was food in a bag, and a note with an address on it. He brought more than one extra blankets for me and told me to have a great night. The note told me what I owed him for the tow and the room. It was miserable without HVAC in the car, and worse to be in a hotel without lights or HVAC, although I found out that nice people still existed in the world. I sent him a check as soon as I got home.

It was a maintenance and not something I had done to break it.

I rented a motorcar to drive back apartment from school. I was going to take the bus, however it would take thirty-six minutes to get apartment on the bus. In thirty-six minutes I could get home, spend the night, and get back to school. I rented a motorcar and headed home… On the way home, the HVAC plan went out, and I drove the last several minutes without heat. I wanted to take the motorcar back to the rental office that was in town, although I was afraid they would charge me for the broken HVAC system, dad told me to call the rental office and ask them about the HVAC system. When I got in touch with someone, they told me I could bring the motorcar in and they would maintenance the HVAC, or I could get another motorcar to drive back. I enjoyed the motorcar I was driving, and I wanted to have it when I left in a week. I needed a motorcar to visit family and friends over the month I was home. The guy at the rental office told me he understood. He said he could supply me another motorcar until the HVAC plan was repaired on the other car. I was upset they would charge me for the HVAC system, even though he said not to worry. It was a maintenance and not something I had done to break it. Two afternoons later, they had the HVAC plan repaired, and I had the motorcar back. I asked if they would report this to where I rented the motorcar from, and he said there was no reason. He reiterated that it wasn’t damage, however a simple HVAC repair.

When I planned my Christmas gathering, I didn’t expect it to be an extravaganza.

I only invited a few close friends and relatives.

I thought that there would be no more than thirty people at the house, however word got around about the Christmas gathering, and I ended up with almost one hundred people in the house! People were opening windows to cool it off inside, and I was in a panic, then all the heat was going out the windows, and my oil furnace was running non-stop. I tried to get to the temperature control to turn it down, however there were too many people milling around. I was able to get to my dad and ask him how I could turn the oil furnace off while all these people were here. He headed downstairs and turned the oil furnace off for me. He wrote guidelines on how to turn it back on when everyone left, and said if I had any concerns, I should call. He and mom kissed myself and others and said good night, but that left a few unusual family members and a lot of people I didn’t assume I knew. The doors were open and the windows were open. I headed up to my room to hide, and that’s when I met Peter. He said he had been trying to get out of the condo for the last half hour, however the door was jammed; Both of us ended up talking until nearly everyone left, and he helped myself and others turn the oil furnace back on. He was an Heating, Ventilation and A/C corporation who got drug into my condo by a throng of people who thought he was area of the gathering goers.
