I have some pretty great friends.

I got hurt on the task a couple of weeks ago and they came to the hospital to option myself and others up after I got a cast on our leg.

They even rallied together to spend money our rent for the next month so I do not have to worry about much at all, and of course, they didn’t cancel the Spring camping trip that the people I was with and I take every year. We were all supposed to go camping last weekend together. I was the lady that made the plans. I got us reservations at the State Park and I had sites that were right on the river. The river sites are incredibly hard to get, especially for more than numerous mornings in a row. I was proud of myself for making the reservations early, so the people I was with and I could appreciate fishing on the river each morning and night. When the weekend was getting closer, I realized that our friends were still planning to go. I asked them to wait until I was feeling better, however they did not want to wait until the end of 6 weeks because fishing season would be over. I mostly understood why they didn’t cancel, but I was still absolutely bummed out. When the guys left the house, they gave myself and others the remote control for the smart thermostat. They brought myself and others a cooler with numerous bags of ice and a 12 pack of beer. The guys turned the AC down to 78 so it was chilly in the house and they left for the lake. I ordered some pizza and adjusted the thermostat to a lower temperature. I was going to be chilly and comfortable while they were gone.

There was definitely no way to safely salvage the system after it had been riddled with mold for so long

I was performing some routine maintenance on the Heating plus Air Conditioning device in one of the house rentals that I manage. I knew I could save a couple of bucks by performing the routine repair on my own! While I was cleaning the A/C plus condenser, I noticed a small amount of mold inside of the machine. I wasn’t sad with the amount of mold until I started taking the rest of the machine apart. I knew that I had to contact a professional. I called a contractor that I think plus trust… He came to the rental property to look at the A/C unit. He confirmed what I already suspected. The A/C device was filled with mold. The mold extended through the house plus there was mold inside of the wall behind the section where the heat pump plus A/C device were located. The complication with the mold was way worse than I expected plus the disfigures were quite severe. Insurance would only pay for disfigures to the wall plus I had to fork out more than four grand for a current heat pump plus ac. There was definitely no way to safely salvage the system after it had been riddled with mold for so long. I was planning to rent that device that next week, although I had to change my plans when I found out about the troubles with the heating plus A/C unit. Those troubles had to be addressed plus fixed before I could let anyone move to the property. That week was another loss of $1650 bucks that I could not replace.

My guy plus I have vastly unusual ideas of what fantastic should be like.

The two of us met a couple of months ago plus both of us have a superb relationship but both of us do not love a lot of the same activities, and my guy likes to be outdoors fishing, camping, plus hiking.

I would rather spend my time indoors playing video games, especially during the Summer months when the temperatures are tepid plus scorching. My guy wanted me to go camping with him last weekend. I asked him if there was going to be climate control plus he laughed. He did not laugh when I told him that I wasn’t going to go camping unless I was staying in a condo that had ac, a shower, toilet, plus a comfortable bed. My guy went camping separate from me. He had a superb time with his friends, even though I would have number one that he stay at the house with me. I think it might be a exhausting sign if both of us do not love some of the same activities. I would be willing to try camping if both of us could stay in a condo with a/c. I think it does not have to have a lavatory or a television, even though I do not want to sleep in a tent plus deal with ants, flies, plus mosquitoes while suffering through the tepid temperatures separate from any AC. That is just simply not my system of fun plus I do not suppose that it ever will be. I do not assume what direction our relationship is headed, even though I do not suppose it’s anywhere near the state park.
