My young niece is crying.

She is frustrated because his holiday was ruined.

Well, I don’t see how a broken iphone equals a ruined holiday however then again I am not a 12 year old. I made the mistake of inviting my sibling as well as his family up for a week over the holiday. I haven’t seen my sibling Dillan in a few years as well as I thought my enjoyable friend and I would all have fun together. I purchased sleds for the teenagers as well as turned on the old gas stove. I remember, when Dillan as well as I were younger my enjoyable friend and I had this wood stove that our parents would light up whenever it snowed. After my enjoyable friend and I were done playing in the snow my enjoyable friend and I would put our wet boots as well as gloves near the fireplace as well as they would dry out hastily. Well, I didn’t want to deal with all of that wood chopping so I got a gas stove for my house. I turned it on for the teenagers to cherish however they just stared at their iphones the whole time. They weren’t interested in sledding at all. Then my niece left his cell iphone on the gas stove overnight. Now the iphone is completely destroyed… Of course it is. I assume they have an electric stove fireplace at home. That thing is all plastic as well as doesn’t get tepid on top like a gas stove does. Oh well, these things happen. Maybe now he will have fun playing outside instead of staring at a screen all afternoon, then either that or Dillan will run into neighborhood as well as buy his a current iphone. It doesn’t much matter to me.

I haven’t seen my sister Dillan in a few years and I thought my pal and I would all have fun together. I purchased sleds for the kids and turned on the aged gas stove. I remember, when Dillan and I were younger my pal and I had this wood stove that our parents would light up whenever it snowed. After my pal and I were done playing in the snow my pal and I would put our wet boots and gloves near the fireplace and they would dry out quickly. Well, I didn’t want to deal with all of that wood splitting so I got a gas stove for my house. I turned it on for the kids to care about but they just stared at their iphones the whole time. They weren’t interested in sledding at all. Then my niece left her cell iphone on the gas stove overnight. Now the iphone is completely destroyed, however of course it is. Over the summer, we experienced a big issue with our AC system.

• In the 6 years that we’ve been living in this house, we have never experienced any issues with either our furnace or air conditioner, so you can imagine our surprise when the air coming out of the air vents wasn’t cool.

The summer heat and humidity is hard to tackle in this region, so we realized that our house was feeling unusually warm rather quickly. I’m glad we caught it early on because that meant we could contact the local HVAC company and get it fixed right away. Sometimes, when you wait too long to get your HVAC equipment looked at, it can cause more damage and cost even more money to repair. An HVAC professional was able to come and look at our AC system right away and we were grateful. He said that the symptoms we were experiencing with our AC system were normal and it was probably an easy fix. Thankfully, he was right! AFter looking at the entire HVAC system, the HVAC professional discovered a refrigerant leak. The leak meant that there was a hole that needed to be patched, but he was able to do that on the spot. Once the hole was patched, the leaking stopped and the cool air resumed shortly. This all happened in the summer, so we’re hoping that nothing bad happens with our furnace now that the weather is cooler. So far, we haven’t experienced anything unusual with the heat.

My brother has been trying to convince me to install a smart thermostat into my home for the past 6 months.

He was given a smart thermostat from a friend who had an extra and it took him months to actually install it.

He didn’t think that the smart thermostat was going to be as great as it was, which was why it took him so long to install it. Once he did install it though, he was amazed by how great it was and he hasn’t started talking about it ever since. My brother tells me all about the features that his new smart thermostat has such as WIFI connection, GEO tracking, and not to mention how efficient it is. ALl of these things sound great to me, but it also sounds like a lot of work. WIFI connection and GEO tracking sound difficult to set up, which is why I haven’t purchased my own smart thermostat. Not to mention, the average smart thermostat is over one hundred dollars! I wanted the benefits of a smart thermostat without the price tag and the work. I’ve explained this to my brother and he assures me that the benefits outweigh my concerns. Yes, it’s an investment, but it pays itself off over time with the money you save in energy savings. He also tells me that it’s super simple to manage and program, so I shouldn’t let that hinder my decision. I don’t think he would lie to me about this, but I still want some time to think about it.
