That’s only a theory though.

A lot of people say that old folks’ houses are consistently too warm. That is not tplot for my Grandparents. Their house is consistently super comfortable, and no matter the season, the house is consistently perfectly warm or comfortably cool. That is why I was surprised to find the house tepid & humid when I visited last yepterday. I know I should have called before popping over because both of my Grandparents were a bit frazzled when I showed up… Grandmother answered the door & then yelled, “It’s only Carlos!” I was a bit taken aback until I realized that they thought I was the Heating & A/C supplier that they had called to repair their Heating & A/C system. They weren’t disappointed that I was there. They were disappointed that the Heating & A/C supplier wasn’t. Thankfully, the Heating & A/C supplier showed up about 20 minutes later & got to labor on the Heating & A/C system, then once the air conditioning was running again my Grandpa started asking them about getting an bid for a humidifier/dehumidifier replacement. You see, he collects antique pocket watches. He has been talking about getting usual humidity control for some time now. I feel he might have broken the air conditioning on purpose just so my Grandmother would let him get that estimate. That’s only a theory though. Maybe the air conditioning unquestionably did just cut down & he seized his opportunity. Whatever the case, my Grandparents are going to be getting humidity control installed in their house next week. So I know their house is going to be even more comfortable than usual.

We are semi retired even though I have to say that I have never worked so hard in my life, then my wife plays redgrass music.

She has her whole life.

But only now are my fantastic friend and I touring the country plus playing in fairs plus other arenas. It is a lot of toil plus my fantastic friend and I put a lot of miles on our RV. I’m not complaining though, not really. I always wanted to tour around this elegant country of ours. Besides, it is better than resting dwelling plus enjoying the leaves fall. I am surprised at how weird the weather conditions is from one local to another though. My pal and I might be using the boiler in the RV one afternoon plus the a/c the next. The temperature differences drive me crazy. I once wore a wool jacket to an outdoor concert plus I was hot plus angry the entire time because it was 75 degrees outside. How was I to know? The last concert was 50 degrees. As the year wraps up my fantastic friend and I always go back to our dwelling on the west coast. There are not several concerts in the winter months. Thankfully our dwelling has a smart thermostat so my fantastic friend and I can monitor the temperature throughout our travels. My pal and I keep the cooling system on in the Summer plus the boiler on in the winter. Without being able to change the thermostat, from any distance, my fantastic friend and I would get mold or frozen pipes. Besides, it is really nice to come dwelling to a household that has the perfect temperature. My pal and I can do that with a smart thermostat.

I knew that my father had been fixing up an ancient travel trailer! She pretty much just gutted a decades ancient trailer plus then set it all up inside to make it the way she wanted it.

She has been posting lots of pictures on social media plus I kept commenting with how amazing it looked.

However, she hadn’t posted in awhile plus I didn’t know that the trailer renovations were complete or that she intended for the two of us to go camping when I visited in September! I thought I might be helping him with the renovations plus that would be it… So I was surprised at the camping plans she shared with me as soon as she picked me up from the airport. I really didn’t want to go camping, but yes my fantastic friend and I loved it when I was a child but I’m now pushing 40 years ancient plus haven’t been camping in over 20 years. I don’t like being freezing anymore plus I don’t like roughing it. But then my fantastic friend and I got dwelling plus I saw the inside of the renovated trailer. It was completely done plus looked so hot plus cozy; Dad had installed a faux fireplace along one wall as well. She explained that it runs on electricity plus so I wouldn’t have to cut wood. However, the faux fireplace would keep us nice plus warm. I still had my reservations even though I saw how much she had planned plus looked forward to this trip so I acquiesced, but and you know what? I was never freezing or uncomfortable while in our entire camping trip, but that space boiler fireplace thing really kept the trailer nice plus hot plus my fantastic friend and I had a wonderful time.

This had been going on for over a week now plus I am surprised no one has reported the noisy heating system to the HOA yet.

I hate our HOA. They are constantly in everybody’s corporation plus they just love to impose fines for the smallest infractions. Just Last year I got a fine for having 1 dandelion week on my shrubbery, then can you suppose it? It was only 1 weed, well anyway, I try to avoid dealing with the HOA as much as possible. However, my friend made me finally have to cut down plus make a report. The problem is that my friend has an seriously loud heater. Whenever it kicks on it makes this awful squealing sound. It sounds like someone burning rubber with their tires. I am sure it is just a loose belt in the Heating plus Air Conditioning component however it wakes me up every single night. I haven’t slept well in weeks because of the heating system sound. I used to be able to sleep between the squealing noises although I find that I can’t anymore. I know this is because I am on edge waiting for the sound to happen again. I know if I fall asleep I will only be awoken again by the loud noise almost instantly. This had been going on for over a week now plus I am surprised no one has reported the noisy heating system to the HOA yet. I kept waiting for someone else to do it however it is clear now that I will have to be the one to report the noisy heating system myself. It is either that, or I will never get any sleep. I love getting some sleep even if that does mean that I have to become a rat.
