Your HVAC Troubleshooting Guys

I have been working at this heating and air conditioning company as one of their most certified heat and a/c specialists for over a decade now, and recently we got the news that the boss that we have had here since I started working is going to be leaving and retiring.

This means that we will have a new boss or manager (whatever you would like to call it!).

I am a bit on edge about this because I am concerned that the new manager will not be as good or be connected with us all. I guess this is a common worry. It doesn’t matter if you are working in the heating and air conditioning business or any other kind of business. When you get new management you never know what on earth to expect. I am hoping that this new manager, whoever he or she may be, is just as nice, friendly and connects with all of us heating and air conditioning specialists in time the same way our old one had done. It is I guess all a matter of time to see if it will all work out or not. Just like anything else. If the manager isn’t working out, the powers that be will just get rid of them and get another, and then another, or however many it takes to get the right fit for the management of this heating and air conditioning company and all of us heating and cooling specialists that work here. All of this is to take place next month.

When I bought my very first smart thermostat I was a little worried that it was going to be very complicated to use.

The reason for this is because I am not young and do not understand most of all this modern technology today.

Especially when it comes to modern heating and air conditioning technology. But much to my surprise I found that the smart thermostat was very easy to use! What a relief! I had the smart thermostat working in my favor as if I owned one for longer than they exited. That is how easy it was once I got the hang of it. And it did not take me long at all to learn how to use the smart thermostat. All I had to do was read the manual that came with it and the rest just came all natural to me. My smart thermostat is also saving me a lot of money on my monthly electric bills as well. You do not have to use as much energy on your central heating and air conditioning system when you have a smart thermostat. Smart thermostats make it so that you do not have to run your central heating and air conditioning system all the time like you would when you had a basic thermostat. You can turn the HVAC system off when you are not home and then turn on the heating or the air conditioning when you are on your way back to your home. It is really a great asset to having a central heating and cooling unit.

 

 

Energy saving tips

I have been holding onto and using this same old central heating and air conditioning system for almost 20 years.

And as everyone knows, this is about the general lifespan of a central heating and air conditioning system unit.

Believe me, it is starting to show too! I have finally decided that it is time to go to the local HVAC dealership and see what brand new and totally up to date central heating and cooling units they are showcasing this week and see which ones out of those are on sale with some kinda price reduction. If I can find the right price I am looking for, my plan is to buy a brand new central heating and air conditioning system over the weekend and then schedule the HVAC installation sometime the following week when I can take a day off from work to do so. So the general plan is by this time 2 weeks from now, I will be rid of the old central heating and cooling unit and have a brand new, up to date, very powerful and probably a bit pricey central heating and air conditioning system unit in my home. I honestly hope it works out because this old central heating and air conditioning system is costing me more in monthly energy bills than I should be paying. This is because of its lack of power from it being so old and on its way out. I have faith though that I will find what I am looking for when I go to the HVAC dealership this weekend.

 

 

Heat pump maintenance

I have been working as a certified heating and air conditioning specialist for about 4 years now. And tomorrow is going to be the very first time ever that I am going to have to install a rooftop HVAC system! I have never even touched a rooftop heating and air conditioning system before. I have faith that I will be able to install this rooftop central heating and air conditioning system with the help that I will have with me, it will be the same as if I was installing a basic residential central heating and cooling unit. But again, at the same time I do not know. This could be way harder for all I know. I have to admit that I am a little nervous about it all. But I will get through it and I will have the rooftop heating and air conditioning system installed with full success! The hardest part I think is actually going to be getting the rooftop central heating and air conditioning system onto the roof itself! But we actually have special equipment for that so we do not risk killing ourselves or getting seriously injured in the process. It is certainly going to be an experience, that is for sure. But after I do this one time, at least in the future I will have no problems installing rooftop central heating and air conditioning system units. Just like anything, after you have great success doing something the first time, if you were to do it again it will be easy and smooth as ever.
