Recently my local heating and air conditioning company did the most awesome thing.

They hosted a parade in the city which was to collect money for a local children’s charity.

In order to see the parade that the local heating and air conditioning company was hosting you had to pay to get into the street it was happening on. This was done by the police closing off the certain area and allowing them to have money collectors to let people drive through to see the parade. I had never seen a heating and air conditioning company do this before and I thought it was really nice. It was not a small parade either. It was pretty big! Not as big as the Macy’s parade on New Years in New York, but I would say maybe a second runner up to that. Everyone in the area paid to come see it. Well, mostly everyone. It was quite packed! I of course was one of the people who went with my family. It was a great time and just knowing that the heating and air conditioning company was going to be donating all profits to the children’s charity was just really nice and amazing. It made me feel great to be there. Because of this, I have also started using this heating and air conditioning company now regularly for all my HVAC needs. I figured they are great people so why not give them some new business? I am more than happy to do so! The parade was wonderful.

When you are having a major heat wave, if you want to try to keep the central air conditioning working great in your home the best thing to do is to keep all of your blinds closed! If you have curtains, the same thing applies.

Yes it makes your home dark and dreary looking, but it really helps the central air conditioning do its thing and keep your house cool.

Especially if you have an older central heating and air conditioning system you will want to do this. Older central heating and air conditioning systems do not have the same power as the more modern and up to date central heat and a/c units do. If you happen to have a brand new and up to date central heating and cooling system, you may still want to keep the blinds or curtains closed, but it is not as essential as it is if you have an old HVAC system. I have learned this over the years through trying different things when it got really hot out. My central heating and air conditioning system is an older model so it sometimes can not combat the bad heat of over one hundred degrees when it happens. But when I close everything, it seems to work pretty well. This is my tip to you on how to keep your home nice and cool through the worst of a heat wave. Even ones over one hundred degrees! Living in the southwest is how it is most of the time here. So this is always a must for me and my lifestyle to be totally honest with you.

It is really time for a major celebration! The reason for this is because I just graduated from heating and air conditioning school today.

This has been a dream of mine since I was a young teenager to become a certified heating and air conditioning specialist when I got older and graduated from high school. Now that day has finally arrived and I am so relieved that I passed my final exam at heating and cooling school. My family and friends are throwing me a big party to celebrate this fact. And what is even better? I already have a job lined up to begin working at one of our local heating and air conditioning companies as one of their certified heating and air conditioning specialists! That is really double the reason to celebrate. I start my job at the local heating and air conditioning company within the next 2 weeks. I am really looking forward to it but I have to admit that I am a bit nervous about going out on my very first heating and air conditioning repair job. But I know that I will do fine once I am actually on the job and working it in real time so to speak. At the moment though I am just so happy that I passed my final exam and am now considered a real and true certified heating and air conditioning specialist for the rest of my life! I seriously am looking forward to doing it for real. But right now I must go get ready for my party!

I was never one who liked going to school when I was growing up.

However when my school had got a really nice brand new and totally up to date for the time industrial commercial heating and air conditioning system installed, all that changed. Just to be able to be in really great heating in the winter time and to have real quality air conditioning at the end of the school year was enough to make me want to go to school every single day. In these days only the rich had central heating and air conditioning in their homes, and we were not rich. We had a gas furnace and window air conditioning system units for our heating and air conditioning back at home at that time. So when I would go to school I had better heating and cooling than what we had at home. I would look forward to going to school from that point on when there was extreme cold or extreme hot temperatures outside. Today it is not the same as schools have the same heating and air conditioning quality that most people have in their homes. That of course is due to the fact that the general public can now afford to buy central heating and air conditioning systems in their homes. While that is such a wonderful thing and quite the advancement in heating and air conditioning technology, it is not something that would be beneficial to make someone want to go to school!
