I could not believe when my central heating and air conditioning system broke down last.

It was on Christmas Eve right in the middle of a major cold front.

It was even going to be snowing the very next day. Because it was a holiday I wasn’t sure what I was going to do. But lucky for me after really thinking hard I remembered that I had a portable space heater in my garage that I had not used in a very long time. I went and pulled out the portable space heater to test it and thankfully it worked! So I would be able to survive in my home with the freezing cold temperatures if I took the portable space heater and cranked it within any room I was in. Then after the holiday I could call the local heating and air conditioning company to send out a certified heat and a/c specialist to repair my central heating and cooling system unit. It was a good thing that I wasn’t the one to be cooking dinner and hosting family gathering this year! Otherwise I would have had to cancel out and have someone else do it because a portable space heater would not work very well if the house was packed full of people. It only works well with me and my wife here. I was able to get my central heating and air conditioning system repaired the very next day after Christmas and all was working fine again by that afternoon time.

I recently bought a brand new hot water boiler for my basement.

I decided to go with a hot water boiler because central heating within central heat and a/c systems are just way too darn expensive to run these days with the cost of electric being as high as it is.

I wanted something that would be able to run on very little energy use and keep my home warm during the long and very cold winters that we have here where I live in the north. However, in order to get my hot water boiler I had to make some changes in moving things around in my basement, mostly it was having to relocate my washer and dryer. I had to call a specialist in that field of things to do that before I had my brand new hot water boiler installed into my home. That took a whole day at most and once it was done I was able to call the local heating and air conditioning company to schedule a time for one of their best and most certified heating and cooling specialist to come out and install my brand new and up to date hot water boiler within my basement! It wasn’t too hard after I had the washer and the dryer relocated. It actually took a lot shorter to install the hot water boiler than it did to relocate the washer and the dryer! It even took shorter than the installation of a central heating and air conditioning system unit. I have to say I love the hot water boiler.

When I switched from dealing with heating and air conditioning companies to dealing with an independent heat and a/c specialist, I found the most friendly HVAC worker I think I ever encountered in my life! This heating and cooling worker that I now use on a regular basis is so friendly that I always look forward to his visits to do my heating and cooling system tune up and check ups.

It is really awesome! Sometimes he is so friendly and kind that if there is extra work to be done on my central heating and air conditioning system he won’t charge me any extra.

He will keep on what was originally quoted. He doesn’t have to do that, but he does. That is how friendly and kind my independent heating and air conditioning worker is! I tell all my friend and family about my friendly and very helpful independent heating and air conditioning worker and they don’t believe me. But that is ok because I know the truth and really feel lucky to have such an awesome and friendly heating and air conditioning specialist to take care of all of my heating and cooling needs around my home. I will never be changing to any other heat and a/c specialist ever again unless this independent HVAC specialist decides to retire in my lifetime. He is that special and that great in my very humble opinion! I really lucked out when I found this independent heating and air conditioning specialist in my local hometown area that was so friendly.

This week, we are going to be getting a new HVAC system and I’m so excited about it! I can’t believe that it’s finally going to happen. I have been waiting for almost two years to get this new HVAC system and I guess that’s why I am so happy that it is finally happening. We have had a really poor heating and cooling system in this house ever since we moved in here three years ago. It has never seemed to work correctly, and now we are finally going to be getting it fixed. After all of this time, it’s an understatement to say that I cannot wait to get the old HVAC system taken out and the new one put in. It’s been almost like a dream for me over the past couple of years. It took a lot of saving up our money in order to even make it possible, that’s for sure. Getting a new HVAC system is not cheap, and we wanted to make sure that we got one that would be high efficiency and long lasting. We do not want to have to buy another HVAC system for a long, long time. The one that we ended up ordering is supposed to be really great. I think that it will help lower our heating and cooling bills, and it will also greatly improve the indoor air quality in our home. Now, I’m just counting the hours until our HVAC company gets here with it to install it! I feel like having a party or something to celebrate!
