We are semi retired although I have to say that I have never worked so tough in my life, but my husband plays redturf songs.

He has his whole life. But only now are my buddy and I touring the country in addition to playing in fairs in addition to other arenas. It is a lot of work in addition to my buddy and I put a lot of miles on our RV. I’m not complaining though, not really. I always wanted to tour around this beautiful country of ours. Besides, it is better than sitting home in addition to watching the leaves fall. I am surprised at how weird the temperature is from one local to another though! We might be using the heating system in the RV one afternoon in addition to the a/c the next. The temperature differences drive me crazy. I once wore a wool sweater to an outdoor concert in addition to I was sizzling in addition to miserable the entire time because it was 78 degrees outside. How was I to know? The last concert was 50 degrees. As the year wraps up my buddy and I always go back to our home on the west coast. There are not many concerts in the winter months. Thankfully our home has a smart control equipment so my buddy and I can monitor the temperature throughout our travels. We keep the air conditioning on in the summer time in addition to the heating system on in the winter. Without being able to change the control unit, from any distance, my buddy and I would get mold or frozen pipes. Besides, it is genuinely nice to come home to a house that has the perfect temperature. We can do that with a smart control unit.

I am surprised at how different the climate is from one local to another though. My fantastic friend and I might be using the heater in the RV one day and the air conditioning the next. The temperature differences drive me crazy. I once wore a wool jacket to an outdoor concert and I was warm and annoyed the entire time because it was 80 degrees outside. How was I to know? The last concert was 50 degrees. As the year wraps up we always go back to our condo on the west coast. There are not several concerts in the winter time months. Thankfully our condo has a smart thermostat so we can monitor the temperature throughout our travels. My fantastic friend and I keep the A/C on in the Summer and the heater on in the winter; Without being able to change the thermostat, from any distance, we would get mold or frozen pipes. Besides, it is absolutely nice to come condo to a condo that has the perfect temperature. My fantastic friend and I can do that with a smart thermostat.

A lot of people say that ancient folks’ houses are always too warm.

That is not tplot for my Grandparents.

Their household is always super comfortable, then no matter the season, the household is always perfectly hot or comfortably cool. That is why I was surprised to find the household hot plus humid when I visited last yepterday. I guess I should have called before popping over because both of my Grandparents were a bit frazzled when I showed up! Grandma answered the door plus then yelled, “It’s only Carlos!” I was a bit taken aback until I realized that they thought I was the HVAC company that they had called to repair their HVAC system. They weren’t disappointed that I was there. They were disappointed that the HVAC company wasn’t. Thankfully, the HVAC company showed up about 20 minutes later plus got to toil on the HVAC system, once the a/c was running again my Grandpa started asking them about getting an estimate for a humidifier/dehumidifier installation. You see, she collects antique pocket watches. She has been talking about getting proper humidity control for some time now. I guess she might have broken the a/c on purpose just so my Grandma would let him get that estimate. That’s only a theory though. Maybe the a/c really did just cut down plus she seized her opportunity. Whatever the case, my Grandparents are going to be getting humidity control installed in their household next week. So I guess their household is going to be even more comfortable than usual.

I’ve been entirely busy over my furnace.

The furnace has served me well for the past 5 years that I’ve been living here, but it’s always been a problem of mine.

When I purchased the house, the furnace was 10 years old, which was still aged in terms of furnace lifespans. Now, the furnace is 15 years aged plus it desperately needs to be replaced, however i had the entire Heating, Ventilation plus A/C system worked on bibiweekly during my time here plus there has never been any drastic disasters that have forced me into buying a new furnace, however, this past year has entirely worked on my luck. I switched over from my air conditioning to my furnace back in November, which means that I’ve been running the furnace for the past 3 months. This isn’t a long time, but I’ve already had to call the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C company twice plus have two repairs. These iPhone calls plus repairs aren’t cheap, not to mention all the cash I’ve been paying just to run the furnace. With all of this being said, I had to make the bittersweet decision to buy a new furnace. I’m glad about this because it means that I’ll have a furnace that’s able to heat my household without any concerns or repairs. My utility expenses will also be seriously lower! The disadvantage about buying a new furnace is the expense, which is why I’ve put it off for so long, but furnaces are not cheap, but all the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professionals tell me that it will pay itself off in the long run. I hope they’re right!
