My hubby remodels homes for a living, and he has been doing this for about 7 years now, then it’s wonderful that he remodels homes because that can be a hefty cost, however for us the only thing that both of us need to pay for are the material; And often, he gets a major discount from a local distributor in town.

Anyway, he began as a construction worker when he was 18, however a few years after, he decided that he wanted to go out on his own, so he started his own remodeling contracting service. It worked out well for him because he makes genuinely wonderful money remodeling houses. In fact, he just landed a major contract with a local property management supplier! They have about fifteen rental units that they need to remodel as soon as possible. Thankfully, my hubby has a small crew that works with him, so they will be able to get the task done. This is 1 of the greatest contracts that he has gotten to date, and most of the remodeling that he has done over the years has been on residential properties. This commercial remodeling contract will absolutely open up some more doors for him, but currently, he works out of his office at home, however if his supplier continues to grow at this rate, he will need to find an office space soon. That is something that he will need to address in time, and for now, I am just thrilled that he is able to land major remodeling contracts. And the most exciting part is that he did this all on his own.

But, there was a time in summer time while the people I was with and I were in a heatwave when the people I was with and I had to use the cooling unit, living in such a venue transformed our hubby into a surfer. He was consistently catching waves and living his best life; Just another thing I had to force him to do practically.
