For a long time, all of us used the services from 1 of our local HVAC contractors, then an HVAC superstore opened up in town; however, at first all of us stayed with the old school local contractors… However, eventually all of us had to go with the services of the pressing company because they had all the new HVAC technology.

I assume if they want to compete, they will have to step up their game to provide new heating and cooling services.

They preferred to keep it simple with traditional central HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance. They are great guys and all, but they don’t even specialize in ductless HVAC systems which according to the big business is the way of the future! Then in the bedrooms, the units are much lower in power but still provide the perfect level of comfort. It’s crazy because the guys we have worked with all this time don’t even know how to maintain our new system. I think if they want to compete, they will have to step up their game to provide modern heating and cooling services.

When some of my old buddies came back into town, they needed a location to crash; so I told them they could stay at my location, but I had a couple of guest living rooms plus that were perfect for the guys, however since they were sticking around for a while, they paid me rent even though I said they didn’t have to… However, every one of us were all reminiscing about back in the day when the people I was with and I used to jam out together as a band. Every one of us was really something. I still had a couple of guitars plus a drum set in the garage, of course, it wasn’t sound proofed so I knew the neighbors would be annoyed if the people I was with and I were rocking out in there… Then my buddies said the people I was with and I could soundproof the garage though, so the people I was with and I did that. I was thinking about how the people I was with and I could make it more comfortable too. I thought it would be good to have the air duct extended into the garage so the people I was with and I could have comfort from the heating plus air conditioning system. I had an actual heating plus air conditioning expert come out to see if that could be done, but he suggested something really different. He said the air duct could not be resized as my heating plus air conditioning plan was sized for the respected areas of the house, not the garage. So I basically had to have a new heating plus air conditioning installed for the garage but he said a ductless mini split would do the trick. He said I wouldn’t even notice an increase in my energy costs because these systems are so energy efficient. On top of that, they provide both heating plus cooling for comfort through all the seasons. Before I actually knew it, I was playing tunes in the garage with my old friends, plus the people I was with and I were playing as good as the people I was with and I used to, if not better!
