I really dislike going to the gym, but have made a concerted effort to work harder at going, and stay disciplined, as I want to get in shape before my Spring break trip to a tropical beach, but unfortunately, the gym that I have been going to recently had air conditioner issues right before Summer began, so instead of entering a cool temperature to work out, the gym was 87º, and I physically felt like I could not breathe while I was there, especially when I tried to work out on the different machines I like to use, then this led to my decision to switch to a gym a bit further from my house, as when I asked my old gym if they planned on calling an Heating and Air Conditioning professional to come take a look, they shot down my idea for some reason, but my new gym has brand new Heating and Air Conditioning systems, so the gym is kept perfectly cool year round, which has been a dream come true

In the winters, they use this furnace to heat the locker rooms for both men and women, for the entire day, however and in the summers the air conditioner is set to maintain 75º throughout the entire facility, which is really quite big, with several different rooms to cool or heat and maintain those temperatures. I am so grateful I made the switch to a different gym, it has dramatically increased my motivation to go, all because of their Heating and Air Conditioning system that is in place.

This led to my decision to switch to a gym a bit further from my house, as when I asked my old gym if they planned on calling an HVAC technician to come take a look, they shot down my idea for some reason. My new gym has brand new HVAC systems, so the gym is kept perfectly cool year round, which has been a dream come true. In the winters, they use this heating system to heat the locker rooms for both men and women, for the entire day. And in the summers the air conditioning is set to maintain 68º throughout the entire facility, which is truly quite big, with multiple different rooms to cool or heat and maintain those temperatures. I am so grateful I made the switch to a different gym, it has dramatically increased my motivation to go, all because of their HVAC system that is in place.

Our local heating and air conditioning company came up with the best and most unique thing that is very useful to people.

It is a twenty four hour a day and seven days a week phone line where you can get advice on your central heating and air conditioning system issues.

And most of all, it is free when you sign up for the heat and a/c company’s monthly HVAC service plan. This helps if you have a heat or air conditioning system issue and you are not sure if you should call the local heating and cooling company or not for some kind of HVAC repair. They will help you assess the situation over the phone and ask many questions to give the best course of action to you. Sometimes they will even walk you through fixing something yourself if it is something that does not require a heating and air conditioning professional to work on it. That is the real beauty of this advice line. It really helps a lot of people save money as well. Because you would not believe how many times people call their local heating and air conditioning company to have them send out a heat and a/c specialist to repair a central heating and cooling system that could have been fixed by yourself with a few simple troubleshooting steps. I think this whole advice line is the best thing they could have come up with and a great perk to sign up for the HVAC service plan.

The other night I could not believe what I did.

I had dinner in the oven and it burned! I set the temperature too high.

It caused my house to smoke up and smell really awful. After this I was luckily able to clean the bad air quality I created. I have a portable air purification system as well as a portable air conditioning system. What I did was ran both of them at the same time. I had the portable air purification system in the kitchen and then had the portable air conditioning system in the living room. Then on top of that I had a floor fan blowing the portable air conditioning all around. Within a matter of an hour, I had the entire bad air quality I created cleaned up and out of there as if it never existed. It is amazing what modern portable heat and a/c technology can do in situations like this. My portable air purification system had to have the air filter changed after all of this of course. And I use nothing but the very best HEPA air filters for this. Then I went ahead and changed the air filter in my portable air conditioning system as well. I figured after all of that bad air quality cleaning, the air filter should be changed. It was a miracle it didn’t kill both my portable air purification system and my portable air conditioning system. But thanks to the powerful nature of both along with the HEPA brand air filters, it can handle almost anything!
