It’s been a long Wintertide and I am ready for a change soon.

We are in the beginning of April and the weather is going to shift to warmer in two more afternoons. My central heat is ready for a chop as I have been running it nonstop for about more than five weeks. I suppose the weather got cold around the beginning of October so that makes half a year of cold weather already. I need to check my a/c soon and make sure it is cooling the flat efficiently. I’ll wait for a warmer day this weekend and fire the ancient beast up to see how it runs. I’m just chilling at house today seeing Dogecoin and Ethereum and waiting for the heat to come back outside so I can go out to the beach without having to wear my Wintertide coat. I have my small oil space oil furnace on low next to myself and others keeping my office a balmy 72F while I work away. I idea on going to the beach today around 3pm for some sun once I finish all of my work. It will legitimately still be empty out there as it is just too cold to prefer the beach still. At least the wind stopped, it was feeling love someone had a big central a/c blowing cold wind from the vent. It’s not so bad if you can find a shaded spot where the wind doesn’t get to. I’m just ready for Mother Nature to turn on her natural central heating equipment again and warm us up.

The two of us have used extended stay hotels, plus respected hotels plus I find them to be quite high-priced especially while the people I was with and I were in the Summer months. Therefore, I created an account with a national corporate housing corporation so that I can have access to corporate apartments when the people I was with and I have major projects across the country. There are times when the job requires that the people I was with and I remain in a town for many to six weeks, plus it makes more sense to use corporate housing for that length of time. The corporate apartments are far more comfortable than hotel rooms, plus I can get a big enough corporate suite that would condo many employees comfortably. Thankfully, the people I was with and I all get along so there have been no problems residing together so far, however in a couple of months, the people I was with and I have a major event that will last for 30 days, plus I have already booked many furnished apartments for us to stay in when the people I was with and I get there.
