For the past twenty five years we’ve been living in the same beach house surrounded by mostly the same people.

• If anyone had told us when we were in our teens that we’d still be where we are instead of living on some attractive island, we’d have told them that they’re crazy.

One of the main reasons that we’re still living in this small village is because of the people. All folks work hard, and everyone cares. For example, our neighbor James is the owner of this sizable Heating and A/C company in town. In our twenty five years of living in this beach house we’ve only needed to buy 1 modern heating and cooling system from them. They send over an HVAC expert three or four times a year for your run of the mill maintenance check ups and to keep our heating and cooling units in a good condition. Not only have they delivered high quality work while we were in these past twenty five year, they have also been so kind and polite to us and our family. We consider these women as true friends and they are consistently welcome in our house, even if there isn’t an Heating and A/C method to service. We suppose there are things that we’re missing not living on some costly island. However for us, being able to live in this amazing community is more than worth it.

If you would have told me when I was in my early twenties that I would still be where I am instead of living on some lovely island, I would have told you that you were crazy.

While there is no one thing, I believe that the main reason that I am still living in this small town is because of the people. Everyone works hard, and everyone cares. For example, my friend James is the owner of this small HVAC company in town. During my twenty five years of living in this house I have only needed to buy two new heating and cooling systems from them. Three or four times per year I always have them out here for your run of the mill service check ups and they always keep my heating and cooling situation in a great place. Not only have they delivered high quality work during these past twenty five years, however they have also always been extremely kind and polite to both me and my family. I consider these guys as true friends and they are always welcome in my house, even if there isn’t an HVAC system to service. I know there are things that I am missing not living on some fancy island, however for me being able to live in this amazing community is more than worth it. ​​

It wasn’t until day three that we were able to get a certified Heating and A/C tech out here to help fix this disastrous problem.

Growing up I was always fantasizing about when I would head off to college and become more independent. Since I was the youngest of more than four, I was constantly being treated like a small kid. Among the top things I liked so much about the college lifestyle was the chance to live with people my age. Well, now that I am in college and living with 3 roommates, I’m here to tell you that this isn’t the way I’d pictured it. Just the other day we were in a sticky situation because the A/C unit stopped functioning properly. The unit was only able to blow out warm air separate from turning off. In order to stop the warm air from running for 24 hours, we had no choice but to turn the entire A/C system off in the apartment. This led to no one in the apartment having any access to cool air relief until we got some Heating and A/C assistance. It wasn’t until day three that we were able to get a certified Heating and A/C tech out here to help fix this disastrous problem. Luckily for all of us, living in this beach side apartment, we were lucky with the presence of an extremely talented and time efficient tech. Our associate Alex was able to get the A/C equipment to start blowing out cool air. The minute the apartment was cool again, all of the tension left the house. I’m sure we will all find something else to argue about like all roommates do, but for the time being the cool air is keeping everyone chilled.

When my sister was 10, she was always talking about when she’d head off to university and become more independent. My sister is the youngest in the family so she was consistently being treated as a child. Among the things my sister liked so much about the university lifestyle was the ability to live with her best friends. Well, now that she’s in university and living with numerous roommates, she’s quick to admit that it’s not what it’s made up to be. Two weeks ago, the friends were in a sticky situation because the cooling unit was faulty. It could only blow out warm air separate from turning off. In order to prevent the warm air from running all morning, my sister and her roommates were forced to turn the cooling unit off in the house. As a result, none of them had any access to cool air relief until we got some HVAC assistance. It wasn’t until the second morning that my sister managed to get a certified HVAC professional out there to help fix this disastrous problem. Fortunately for them living in this apartment, there was a talented and time efficient tech. Their next door neighbor John was able to get the cooling unit to start blowing out cool air again. When the apartment was cool again all of the tension left them. I’m they will all find something else to argue about like roommates do, however for the time being everything is calm and normal for once.
