If I tried to explain myself or reason with him she would just yell at me

Does anybody here know someone in their personal life that always yells? I do and I’ve never liked it when people always feel the need to yell to get their point across. It just seems like a perfect way to shut down any kind of discussion or disagreement. Unluckyly, I know all too many people that do this deliberately for this reason. Some people just cannot handle being wrong and so because they cannot handle being wrong they feel that if they yell they can shut down any opposition to their fights, no matter how illogical their fights may be. I know a couple people that just basically want to have other people obey everything separate from they say separate from questioning. Needless to say this is not something that is healthy and not something that I want in my life. I used to have this exact situation with my wifey. My wifey and I always disagreed on heating and A/C systems, and it’s what the temperature of our dwelling should be. I did not know what then however it would ultimately end up being the thing that split us up. Every time I would go to explain my side of why I wanted the boiler or air conditioner to be a certain temperature she just would not have it. If I tried to explain myself or reason with him she would just yell at me. It was a very eye-opening experience, and it only further proved what I already knew. Which is that yelling at someone over something like that just does not work. Because all it does is push people away.

I’ve been listening to the sound of the broken a/c device for the past month.

• I contacted the house building director and I complained about the noise.

The director said that she sent someone to look at the system and there were no problems. I do not understand how there cannot be any problems when the device is making such a odd and odd noise. I had my bestie look at the A/C device where he was here a couple of days ago, but he works as an electrician. He knows a little bit of stuff about heating and A/C equipment, although he did not have a great answer for me. He could not find any problems either. The sound of the A/C is actually freaking me out, especially at night when I am trying to sleep. It sounds like there is a monster in the closet. I am 26 years old, so I know there actually isn’ta monster in my closet but the noise still makes me feel truly freaked out when I am trying to rest. This morning I went to speak with the director again about the problems with the ac, she ignored me and blew me off. I told her that she needs to come to my house to listen to the sound. If she did, then she would understand exactly why I know there is a problem that needs to be fixed. I am not making the noises up and it’s not the boogeyman either. They have to work on the problem to find the source of the noise.

I hate to charge my customers more currency for repairs plus installations, but it looks like I am going to need to raise prices for the first time in 3 years.

I have not raised prices at all since before the pandemic.

Everyone knows that times are tough. I have been doing my best to keep prices low so we can continue to be profitable! Unluckyly, the warecondo where I buy all of my unit plus parts is going to raise all of their prices on the 1st of the year. In 60 days, I am going to be paying 3% more across the board for every part plus piece of unit that I ordered from the heating plus AC warehouse. There are not any other places for me to order the unit either. This place is the only heating plus AC parts warecondo on the East Coast that offers next afternoon delivery for free. I know that I am going to have to pay for the extra fees plus that 3% is going to hurt. 3% of my unit plus parts bill at the Heating plus A/C supplier is entirely equal to $1,000 a month, however over time, that will add up plus undoubtedly put a dent in my budget if I don’t figure out a way to cut costs in other places. I’m going to need to raise my prices or my profit will be razor thin. If I have to pay more, my customers are going to have to pay more too. I don’t see any other way around it plus I have been thinking about it all week.

I contacted the apartment building supervisor and I complained about the noise, the supervisor said that he sent someone to look at the system and there were no problems. I don’t understand how there cannot be any problems when the equipment is making such a odd and weird noise. I had my boyfriend look at the AC component where he was here a couple of afternoons ago… He works as an electrician. He knows a little bit of stuff about heating and AC equipment, although he did not have a fantastic answer for me. He couldn’t find any problems either. The sound of the AC is entirely freaking me out, especially at evening when I am trying to sleep. It sounds like there is a monster in the closet. I am 26 years old, so I know there entirely is not a monster in my closet however the noise still makes me feel legitimately freaked out when I am trying to rest. This afternoon I went to speak with the supervisor again about the problems with the ac, he ignored me and blew me off. I told his that he needs to come to my apartment to listen to the sound. If he did, then he would understand exactly why I know there is a complication that needs to be fixed. I am not making the noises up and it’s not the boogeyman either. They have to work on the complication to find the source of the noise.
