Your HVAC Troubleshooting Guys

When we went on the trip a few weeks ago, we ended up staying at a hotel that was very different from the ones that we normally stay in.

I didn’t really know what to think about it at first, especially when we went into the room and I saw that there was no thermostat unit on the wall.

I wondered what kind of place we were actually staying in that didn’t have a thermostat unit, and I started to call the front desk and complain when I saw a remote control on the bedside table. It wasn’t a regular television remote control because it had a temperature setting on it. That’s when I realized that this was a remote control for a ductless mini split heating and cooling system. The ductless mini split heating and cooling system was installed on the wall up above the bed in the corner of the room. It was so sleek and slim that I didn’t even notice that it was there until I started looking for it. I honestly found that to be very interesting, since usually when you have a heating and cooling unit inside of a small interior space like that, it kind of takes over the whole area and it’s the first thing that you look at when you enter the room. Of course, nobody wants their heating and cooling system to be the focal point of their room, and so I feel like it was a really smart move for the owners of the hotel to put in these nice looking ductless mini split systems. It fit right in with the ambiance in the rest of the room and it actually made the space look even better than it already did.

I don’t know what the problem is, but the gym at our church is literally always freezing cold.

I’m not sure if there is something wrong with the actual furnace system for the jam, or if maybe there is a problem with the thermostat unit.

We just recently moved into our new church building, and so having a gym is a completely new thing for us. It could just be that we don’t know how to correctly set the thermostat settings for such a large open area of space. However, it makes it really hard to use the gym whenever we want to because it’s always so cold in there during the winter. Around here where we live, the temperatures get down into the teens quite regularly. And so as you can imagine, a big empty building with hardwood floors like a gym feels freezing cold on the inside. We want to be able to use the gym for children’s activities and teen activities for the church, but it’s kind of hard to do that when it’s so cold inside all the time. I guess we’re gonna have to call the commercial HVAC company and have them come in and check things out for the gym. There has got to be something that we can do to make the heating system work properly in there. Even if we need to install a ductless mini split or something like that to make the place warmer, it’s got to be done. I guess we just need to get some estimates and some professional advice.

I have been married to an HVAC technician for the past 20 years.

He was actually an HVAC technician when we first met, and so he has been working in the heating and cooling industry for longer than we have been together.

He loves his job and he’s really good at it. He is always trying to learn new things about the heating and cooling industry, and so he’s always on the forefront of things when it comes to his job. I do like the way that he is always trying to learn new things, but I hate the way that he has to be on call a lot. He has to be on call on nights and weekends and usually on holidays. He’s one of the only guys who does the on-call and emergency shifts. Most of the time, it doesn’t really bother me because I know that he enjoys his work. He also really likes making all the extra money because usually he gets time and a half when he is working one of those shifts. However, I will have to say that sometimes it gets old being married to an HVAC technician who is constantly on call. It makes it hard to plan things a lot of the time, especially during the holidays. I always just have to go ahead and go on with my plans, even if he’s not going to be there. That’s especially hard when you’re trying to get a family portrait done that’s for sure! Being married to an HVAC technician is hard, but I guess it’s worth it.

My sister Gail, who is a grown woman mind you, is really acting love a large baby.

She says that she will not come over to our apartment anymore in the Winter season because all of us just keep it too cold inside.

Gail says that she is just far too fragile to be in our cold cold apartment for truly long. Gail says that she needs to be anywhere that is cozy & warm because of her fragile bones. Honestly, sometimes I can’t help but roll my eyeballs at her. Some of the things that Gail says are so nuts that I can’t even feel that they even come out of her mouth. And really, most of the time, I feel that we couldn’t have the same parents. She is such a weirdo. I can’t feel that she basically refuses to come to visit unless all of us set our control device settings at our own apartment to her particularations. I mean, can you really be much more selfish than that? I can’t feel that Gail is the way that she is sometimes. I mean, I go over to her apartment in the summer season & I don’t ever demand that Gail turn down the a/c because the temperature in the apartment is too hot! I just feel that she should return the favor. But no, my poor sister Gail has never been someone who will think of other people. It’s consistently me, me, me with Gail. It’s been that way ever since all of us were teenagers. Well, I’m not changing the heating settings for her, so Gail can just stay away from us.
