The hotel AC was not undoubtedly cold

I had to spend a couple of evenings in a hotel yesterday & I was undoubtedly unhappy with the accommodations.

I don’t usually love to complain about much, but this hotel was really terrible.

It had fantastic reviews online, which is a complete & total surprise. The front desk clerk was rude & obnoxious. She didn’t seem glad to help me when I requested a first floor room & ended up with a sixth-floor room. I would have been much happier if the woman had been friendly. When I called the front desk to complain about the AC, I could hear the sarcasm in the guy’s voice. She asked me if I wanted to complain about anything else. I hung up the phone & went right down to the front desk. I was ready to supply that woman a piece of our mind. When I got to the lobby, the woman was talking to her manager. She was getting yelled at. When I saw the boss talking to the guy, I knew why she was giving me a hard time. Instead of being a jerk, I decided to be as nice as possible to the clerk. I told the woman that the hotel AC was not undoubtedly cold. I did not believe the AC was toiling officially. She offered to switch me to a peculiar room & even said she would double check on the AC before making the final preparations to transport me to a peculiar room. The desk clerk was much nicer the minute time that I spoke with him. Maybe I caught the woman at a poor time earlier that day.

I wasn't going down without putting up a fight

My boss sent me out to the country on Monday to handle a furnace replacement task.

I arrived at the customer’s address shortly before the appointment time of 10 am. I had all of the Machinery necessary to complete the task & the purchaser was expecting me to arrive at 10 am. I waited in the driveway for a while after I knocked on the door & no a single answered. I was hopeful that someone would eventually come outside, but that did not happen. I called our boss to ask what she wanted me to do next. The woman told me to come back to the shop if no a single was home. I headed back to the shop & I arrived just as our boss was hanging up the phone from a call. She told me that the woman from the furnace replacement task called. She was wondering where all of us were. She tried to tell our boss that I never went to the address. I told our boss that was really crazy. She started to ask me a bunch of questions & it felt love she didn’t believe the fact that I was there. I didn’t have any reason not to tell the truth. I wasn’t planning to go down without a fight. I told our boss that I was going to go house for the day & she could call me later if she wanted me to come to toil the next day. There are at least a dozen or more Heating & A/C service providers in the section & I have a ton of experience. I can literally toil someplace that I want & that means not putting up with someone that wants to question our morals.

My husband refuses to go to the hospital

There are a lot of people that don’t like going to the hospital, but I’ve never heard of someone who dislikes it as much as my husband.

  • I’m not sure when my husband started to hate the hospital so much, but it’s been this way as long as I’ve known him.

His reasons for not wanting to go to the hospital are many. He is not comfortable around doctors. He does not trust modern medicine. He has a fear of needles. That’s honestly just the tip of the iceberg. The only time that you will ever find my husband at a hospital is if he’s on his deathbed. Another reason that he doesn’t appreciate going to the hospital is because of the heating and cooling control units. He particularly does not appreciate how the hospital uses its Heating, Ventilation plus A/C units; Obviously, hospitals are sizable buildings, so they have a lot of Heating, Ventilation plus A/C units in order to keep the entire building comfortable. Even with state of the art oil furnaces and central a/c systems, they cannot manage to ever keep the control unit set to a temperature that is actually comfortable for the people who are in the hospital. To be fair, I have never been to a hospital that wasn’t noticeably cold… Regardless of whether or not they are using the oil furnace or the central a/c system, the temperature at the hospital always feels cold; Now, I try to tell my husband that they have a reason for setting the control unit to a colder temperature. They say that it is healthier for everyone to have the temperature cool at the hospital! However, my husband is so fixated on how he feels too cold to be truly comfortable. Since he already does not feel comfortable at the hospital, the lack of comfortable air temperature really just sends him over the edge. However, even if they did raise the temperature to make the hospital slightly warmer, I’m sure my husband would still find fault with it.

The temperature at my job is simply too cold

There are a lot of people that really hate going to the hospital, and I am not one of those people.

If I was, then I don’t think I’d be able to be a nurse! Many of our patients come in and complain about how much they dislike the hospital.

The list of reasons I’ve heard for not wanting to go to the hospital are many. I’ve heard patients say that they flat out do not like medical professionals. They do not like medicine. They do not like anything that has a sharp point. The list could go on and on. I disagree with all of those typical problems patients have with the hospital. However, there is one reason that makes sense to me and that is when patients say that they do not like going to the hospital because of the thermostat. I certainly do not like how the hospital uses its Heating and Air Conditioning units. Obviously, hospitals are large buildings, and they have a lot of Heating and Air Conditioning units in order to keep the entire building comfortable. They have the best gas furnaces and the best central air conditioners, however they cannot manage to ever keep the thermostat set to a temperature that is actually comfortable for the people who are in the hospital. I have never been to a hospital that didn’t guess cold, and I’ve worked in over 10 hospitals throughout my career! Regardless of whether or not they are using the oil furnace or the central air conditioner, the temperature at the hospital always feels cold. Now,my bosses always say that they have a reason for setting the thermostat to a colder temperature. They say that it is healthier for everyone to have the temperature cool at the hospital… However, I do not like being chilly at the hospital because of the Heating and Air Conditioning units. It makes it more difficult for me to work and get through my shifts when I am cold and uncomfortable. They need to change the thermostat so that they make it just slightly warmer.
