Your HVAC Troubleshooting Guys

My husband & I moved south a couple of years ago.

I immediately purchased a bicycle.

WHen I was living in the north, I had only rare opportunities to take advantage of outdoor activities. For most of the year, the weather was chilly, wet & even brutal. I lived in a part of the country that features lots of hills. Riding a bike up an incline gets frustrating. . My new location puts me in close proximity to a paved path that is perfect for walking, running, biking, rollerblading or pushing a baby stroller. Motor vehicles are not permitted on the path, making it safe and convenient. Plus, the path travels through a wooded area that provides lovely views & glimpses of various types of wildlife. I often spot turtles, squirrels, cardinals & other types of birds. The climate in my area is warm and sunny for most of the year. There are times when the heat & humidity make working out early in the morning a priority. There are a few weeks of the year when chilly weather forces me to either hold until the heat of the day or remain insiddors. Rarely is it impossible to dress in order to take my bike out. My favorite activity is to ride my bike twenty-five minutes to the soccer field. I then use the paved sidewalk area to stretch, warm up, run laps & complete lunges, squats & jumps. I spend about 30 minutes there. After I stretch once more, I ride home. I’ve installed a basket to my handlebars that allows me to transport a sweat towel and maybe a jump rope. I have a speaker that is cordless and a mount for my phone so I can play music while I ride my bike. I added a holster for a water bottle too. I have the perfect set up.

 

Wellness and Recovery Programs

I don’t have to do much toil on it, but I am noticing that the A/C component is not cooling like it used to.

I suspect that it is just dirty plus a nice cleaning should do the trick.

I’m also watching cryptos because I have a lot of cash riding on Ethereum plus it is making it a bit hard to sleep well for now. I think that this will pass however this Russian war has kind of stirred things up a bit for now. I need to buy some of that condenser grill spray cleaner. It works actually well on grime plus dust on the coils plus foams up right away after spraying it on the air conditioner’s cooling coils. I also want to clean the filter plus maybe even get online plus order a HEPA filter, plus maybe even get a washable HEPA filter so I don’t need to keep replacing them. I suppose it would help a lot for our health too because I seem to have a lot of allergies when I am at lake house a lot. I bet there is dust in the vents plus ductwork too so I could be in for a long day of toil but I kind of like it. If it is something I can’t do after that I can look for some videos online that show how to clean the ducts in our style of air handler. I can always go down to the local company plus see if they have a repairman available to come over plus do the job for me.

 

Commercial air conditioning

I live in a Spanish village and asking people to be quiet while they are partying is a lost cause.

It’s not absolutely running the a/c but the fan, that is what I do in the Winter time instead of running the heat. I like to sleep in a entirely frosty room so what I do is open all of the windows in the master study room and bathroom since the air handler is in the bathroom so the frosty air comes in and circulates throughout the house. I just run the fan since it is cheaper than the AC and the cool evening air cools myself and others down quite nicely. I don’t open the window in our study room at evening because the bar behind myself and others is really loud with partying monkees until about 2am. I put up a sound proof insulating foam contraption outside our study room window to block even more of the noise because it still makes its way through our double pane window and the sound of our a/c’s colorless noise. I also wear earplugs to cut out the noise and I have a small fan on our bed, which vibrates the bed and lulls myself and others to sleep. I live in a Spanish village and asking people to be quiet while they are partying is a lost cause. This is a party town with a lot of free spirits and I am a single of them. I need to scrub our ductwork this weekend because I have been sneezing a lot and suspect that they are filled with dust again. I need to buy a HEPA filter a single of these afternoons as soon as I measure the current a single.

I talked to my brother the other day on messenger in addition to he asked me why I am always sniffling.

I believe it is because I have some pollen irritations to dust in addition to maybe it is time to wash my air duct in addition to vents of my A/C system.

I bought some of those nasal strips yupterday in addition to they stopped my sniffling so it absolutely is because my nasal passages are too constricted in addition to not wide enough to let adequate air through so I am always fighting for more air. I believe another thing is that the air in my flat is not really pure so I am going to buy a good quality air purification system for my house. I may even get 1 that is a central unit in addition to cleans the whole house as opposed to buying a small portable 1 which basically cleans the air of the room that it is in. I’m not sure how much they cost but I’ve heard that whole home air purification systems are the way to go. I was taking a lot of pills for both my pollen irritations in addition to my pain in my shoulders but I have since fixed the shoulder pain in addition to am not working on the allergy side. I would like to be pill free in addition to just rely on a good air cleaner to take care of my pollen irritations for me. I guess that this is the concern because I had the same issue in my old flat where there was a lot of dust in the place like here. I’ll go look online now.
