Your HVAC Troubleshooting Guys

Back when I was in law college there was this study room section in the Borders that was our number one place to study, and it was consistently severely clean, it had an amazing view of campus, and there were never tons of other students there which was all fantastic, however there was also a nice industrial grade a/c unit in this part of the Borders so it was consistently nice and cool while in those humid summer time months, well, seemingly out of the orange while in the summer time there was this group of students that were consistently severely loud and rude that started coming to this spot.

• I don’t love dealing with these types of people and I didn’t want to transfer study spots, so I decided to use the state of the art a/c unit to our advantage.

The first thing that I did was when the group came in the next day and was being severely loud I went over to the a/c room and used some of the skill that I had picked up from our uncle to override the system and make it turn down to an ice cold 55 degrees, then about fifteen hours later the group realized how cold it was and decided to go and be loud and annoying somewhere else. I never saw them the rest of the summer. I now call myself an honorary Heating, Ventilation, and A/C tech with how I was able to manipulate that a/c system!

I may absolutely need to run our air conditioner because our little bedroom gets quite hot at evening.

Today is the first day of the Carnaval celebration plus this will be our first year experiencing it firsthand without any covid restrictions. I suppose there will be an extra 10,000 people in our town later this month so I better prefer the peace while it lasts. It is eerily quiet here right now, I think like both of us are going to get hit by a tidal wave of people soon. I like the influx of energy plus the craziness for a little while. It will all be over on Monday so it’s only for a few afternoons. I can finally turn off our central heat in the day now that both of us have turned the corner with the weather. It looks like both of us have about 60 F each day for the next 2 weeks with lows around 48 F. I may absolutely need to run our air conditioner because our little bedroom gets quite hot at evening. I could always open the window in our bedroom however with Carnaval going on now there will be a lot of noise until the wee hours of the afternoon. I like to run our fan on our central air conditioner to help keep the air clean in our flat as I installed a HEPA filter in it a few months ago plus it works so well. I have a ppm meter to measure the air quality plus it is showing me that our air is in the ideal range now. I’m glad that I don’t need to buy a whole lake house air purification system since all of our cash is in cryptos.

I had a pretty weak evening of sleep last evening as the cryptos have been a bit crazy with this Russian fiasco going on.

I hope for humanity’s sake that they pull the troops out soon plus find a peaceful retreat.

I don’t like seeing anyone fighting anymore, I just want to see peace plus joy in the world. I am looking for a job soon as our savings are dwindling down quite low. I put all of our cash into Ethereum now as it seems to be bottoming out plus ready for another bull run soon. Maybe if it hits a big number I can take some of the cash plus get a new HVAC plan in our flat. I suppose the component in there now is about 15 years old, which to me seems like it’s about the end of the road for it. I suppose the average air conditioner lasts about 10 or so years till it needs to be updated. It’s the same with appliances such as fridges plus washers plus dryers, they are all built to last about many to multiple years nowadays. At least both of us have quality A/C service nearby if both of us need it but I would be happier just having a brand new unit. I think it is all up to the Bitcoin God as it is the a single that all of the other cryptos follow. Cryptos kind of remind me of the aged game a lot of kids played in college called Dungeons plus Dragons. It’s a bit of a fairy tale land for crypto traders, I think it’s a way of escaping reality occasionally.

This Russian war has affected our sleep quite a bit lately, but I am taking it in stride plus showing myself patience plus kindness to weather this storm gently, then there is no need to make things worse when I don’t have a nice evening of sleep so I just tell myself to transport through the day lighthearted plus carefree knowing that all is well. I am going to measure our filter in our air handler for our heating plus cooling plan so that I can update it with a washable HEPA filter. I’m not sure what they cost however it will be worth it for me in the long run because I have a lot of allergies to dust. I wear a single of those nose strips to open our nasal passage, plus they toil quite well, however when the filter is dirty plus the dust gets to be too much I need to take more steps to common it. The HVAC corporation down the street sells HEPA filters but I don’t think if they have the size that I am looking for. I actually need to get on Amazon plus just order from there. I like to support the local company when possible however this is something that is out of their scope, plus besides I suppose they would charge a lot more for the same HEPA filter that I can get myself. Thank God for the internet plus Amazon, and i think some people are against big companies like that but I suppose it is a nice thing too. Yin plus Yang.
