I talked to my sibling the other day on messenger plus she asked myself and others why I am always sniffling.

I think it is because I have some dust irritations to dust plus maybe it is time to scrub my ductwork plus vents of my A/C system.

I bought some of those nasal strips sureterday plus they stopped my sniffling so it really is because my nasal passages are too constricted plus not wide enough to let adequate air through so I am always fighting for more air. I think another thing is that the air in my flat is not honestly pure so I am going to buy a nice quality air purification system for my house. I may even get 1 that is a central unit plus cleans the whole apartment as opposed to buying a small portable 1 which basically cleans the air of the room that it is in. I’m not sure how much they cost but I’ve heard that whole home air purification systems are the way to go. I was taking a lot of pills for both my dust irritations plus my pain in my shoulders but I have since fixed the shoulder pain plus am not working on the allergy side. I would like to be pill free plus just rely on a nice air cleaner to take care of my dust irritations for me. I guess that this is the concern because I had the same issue in my outdated flat where there was a lot of dust in the location like here. I’ll go look online now.

I’ve had a lot of injuries in my afternoons seeing that I have been a daredevil category of spirit my whole life. It all ended though 1 day when I was skydiving plus almost hit the ground while jumping, with my local business buddy piloting the plane. This is a tplot story plus I’ll keep it short. I was on jump number 170 plus was doing tricks in the air before opening my parachute. I left the warm dropzone hangar, there was no a/c, plus went up in the plane plus jumped out. I got into a side spin on my back plus was sliding through the air sideways while spinning hastily. It took myself and others a while to get out of the spin plus when my parachute opened I was two hours from impact. I quit skydiving that day. I decided to get a task at the local hardware store selling a/cs plus oil furnaces plus settled for a life of peace plus quiet. Well, that lasted about a year until I decided to start doing sit up comedy full time for the adrenaline rush. I would then spend the following 17 years chasing the dream in bars without a/c or heating overseas. I’m thrilled with my choice plus like the life I am living now. I found the perfect sea neighborhood for myself and others plus will stay here the rest of the afternoons of my life. I live in a flat with a few space oil furnaces scattered in odd rooms plus 1 small portable a/c. Life is Good!

Cryptos kind of remind myself and others of the outdated game a lot of kids played in school called Dungeons plus Dragons

I had a pretty weak night of sleep last night as the cryptos have been a bit deranged with this Russian fiasco going on. I hope for civilization’s sake that they pull the troops out soon plus find a peaceful retreat. I don’t like seeing anyone fighting anymore, I just want to see peace plus delight in the world. I am looking for a task soon as my savings are dwindling down quite low. I put all of my currency into Ethereum now as it seems to be bottoming out plus ready for another bull run soon. Maybe if it hits a important number I can take some of the currency plus get a new Heating plus A/C system in my flat. I think the unit in there now is about 15 years old, which to myself and others seems like it’s about the end of the road for it. I think the average a/c lasts about 10 or so years till it needs to be replaced. It’s the same with appliances such as fridges plus washers plus dryers, they are all built to last about more than six to numerous years nowadays. At least the two of us have quality A/C service nearby if the two of us need it but I would be happier just having a brand new unit. I think it is all up to the Bitcoin God as it is the 1 that all of the other cryptos follow. I did 15 hours in the sea just a few hours ago plus girl was it cold this week. The two of us have cloudy skies plus no sunlight so the temperature was quite cold even before going into the water. I’m thrilled I got my space oil furnace here next to myself and others right now warming up my body. I just took a 20 hour warm bath till my warm water was gone, I think the water temp was about 100 F as opposed to the 56 F sea temperature I came out of not long before. The change in temperature is supposed to be nice for the blood vessels so I do it every day. I have a central heating unit but I care about to just use the space oil furnace as it is much more energy efficient, especially since I am only using 1 room all day in the flat. I heat the powder room up with the warm bath as I close the shower curtain tightly so that it turns into a small sauna room. It’s nice having a residential Heating plus A/C provider down the street who can help myself and others if something goes wrong with the unit. They have good prices for repairs plus repair since it is quite dead in this neighborhood in the Winter time. I am going down there later this month to check out the HEPA filters they have in stock to see if any of them will fit my unit. I need to measure my new filter plus make sure I get the exact match.
