Every year my family plus I have to go through the summer time wondering if we are going to have a hurricane or a tropical storm. Tropical storms plus hurricanes cannot be avoided when you live in this part of the country, and during the summer time months there is often tropical activity, however last year we had two hurricanes in one month. The power was out for many days plus we lost $200 worth of food that my wife had bought the previous afternoon. I’ve been listening to the sound of the broken cooling system for the past month. I contacted the condo building manager plus I complained about the noise! The manager said that she sent someone to look at the system plus there were no issues. I don’t understand how there cannot be any issues when the component is making such a odd plus unusual noise. I had my guy look at the AC component where he was here a couple of days ago. He works as an electrician. He knows a little bit of stuff about heating plus AC equipment, although he did not have a fine answer for me. He could not find any issues either. The sound of the AC is undoubtedly freaking me out, especially at evening when I am trying to sleep. It sounds like there is a monster in the closet. I am 26 years old, so I know there undoubtedly isn’ta monster in my closet but the noise still makes me feel legitimately freaked out when I am trying to rest. This morning I went to speak with the manager again about the issues with the ac, and she ignored me plus blew me off. I told her that she needs to come to my condo to listen to the sound. If she did, then she would understand exactly why I know there is a problem that needs to be fixed. I am not making the noises up plus it’s not the boogeyman either. They have to work on the problem to find the source of the noise.

I never used to mind working in an office with other people.

Being around coworkers is not the complication for me.

I entirely cherish the close proximity of other people who are working towards the same goal, plus collaborating with them in person is entirely far more productive plus effective, in my opinion. That being said, there is entirely a entirely fantastic reason why during the COVID-19 pandemic, I entirely actually enjoyed not having to work in an office space. It wasn’t because I was identifiably distraught about catching COVID. It was because my buddy and I had recently moved to a new building where I could tell that the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system was not properly sized for the building. On top of this, whoever controlled the thermostat in this new building set the temperature way too low. The complication was, the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system was so powerful that it would reach the desired temperature super quick plus then shut off. If you are not aware, the complication with this is that air conditionings are supposed to pull the moisture out of the air in addition to keeping the room cool… Do you see where this is going? Not only was it cold in our office, however it was a damp kind of cold! It was just an awful feeling plus wearing extra layers just wasn’t splitting it for me. That’s why I was so cheerful when I was allowed to work at home where I could set the thermostat to the temperature I wanted plus rely on my Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C system to be properly sized to suck out all that humid air!
