The other day we noticed that we were experiencing health concerns at the beach house.

We weren’t sure at first what the problem was, however we came to realize that we had a problem with the air quality.

We wondered if the air quality problem was what was causing our health issues. The best thing to do was see a doctor asap. When we spoke with the doctor, we told him about the situation and mentioned how the air quality in our beach house was getting worse. Our doctor told us that we seriously needed to have the HVAC specialists come inspect the unit. He commanded us to change our air filters often and use quality air filters. He even said we could invest in a washable air filter that had a relaxing MERV rating which would help us a lot. When we had the HVAC specialists come out, they cleaned our HVAC duct after they discovered all kinds of mold and mildew growing there. They said it was an extreme safety hazard if we didn’t get that taken care of asap. They also said they could add a media air cleaner if we were looking for improved air quality on our beach house. We did want better air quality so we went for it. We spent most of our savings on these house services, but it was worth it because we felt good in our beach house again. We no longer were feeling sick and managed to get over our breathing complications.

Dad wasn’t sure if the air quality complication was what was causing his health to fade. So, he opted to see a health practitioner. The time they were talking, dad told her about the situation and mentioned how the air quality in his house boat had gotten pretty bad. The health practitioner told him that he seriously needed to have the Heating and A/C professionals come out. She advised dad to replace his air filters often and use quality air filters. She even added that dad could invest in a washable air filter that had a great MERV rating and that should help him a lot. When dad had the Heating and A/C professionals come out, they cleaned his air duct after they discovered all kinds of mold and mildew building up inside. They said it was a drastic safety hazard if dad didn’t get that taken care of asap. The professionals also said they could install an air purification proposal if dad was looking for improved air quality in his place. He honestly did want better air quality so dad went for it. He spent most of his savings on these house services, however it was worth it because he felt better and more alive in his house again. Dad no longer felt sick on an official basis and was able to get over his breathing complications.

There was a time in my life when I was so down and fell into a severe depression.

I lost my house and had to live out of my vehicle.

When I lost my car, I went to stay at a homeless shelter without any hope. The people who worked at the locale actually seemed to care about us who were in unlucky situations and had no other locale to go. Two months into living at the shelter, I came across a former colleague and she decided to help me out with my situation. She helped me find something to do and get some clothes, shoes, and what I needed to get back to work. When I was working again, I felt better about myself and started to realize that I could get out of the hole that I ended up in. I had to live with roommates for several months with honestly cheap rent until I could save up enough currency to get my own locale. At some point I came across the perfect tiny place not too distant from where I was working and the locale had a nice Heating & Air Conditioning device to keep me comfortable. It was only a 15 minute walk to my place of work which was actually convenient because I couldn’t pay for a car. I would basically take the bus around the neighborhood though, but walking to work was much better. It was nice working at the company because they consistently had comfortable temperature control settings, unlike the homeless shelter. I was honestly grateful to my former colleague for helping me with my situation, and she basically just told me that’s what friends are for. My hope is that some day I can return the favor.
