Your HVAC Troubleshooting Guys

The other day, my son was asking if we could go see the new Spiderman movie.

We actually haven’t been to the movie theater in a long time and not since we moved to our new place.

So I looked at the local theaters and chose the one that had the best seating and a good sound system. The screen looked beautiful and everything, but it was still a small theater. I was reading about the place and learned they had some renovation work done when they opened again after the lockdowns in our state. Well, when I learned that they had a new UV air purification and an upgraded HVAC system, I knew that we had to go to this place. They actually used to have old school seating not so long ago, but the upgraded seats were amazing, just like something you would expect at some of the fancier theaters. The thing is, we live in the country now so we don’t have access to places with incredibly fancy malls and movie theaters. But the place suits us well, the kids enjoy their new schools and they have made friends. So anyway, we went to this movie theater and it was much nicer than I thought it would be. It actually has that old charm of an old school movie theater. They have the old school popcorn makers and all and the staff are friendly. I also appreciate the temperature control settings. It feels great and not overly frosty like some of the bigger movie theaters so we didn’t even have to wear our jackets when we watched the Spiderman movie.

When our dear aunt Ida died, she left her large condo to me. I was constantly her number one nephew. Ida and me spent a lot of time together in that house. I love resting on the porch with our aunt. Ida and I would listen to the sounds of the birds and the creek behind the house, however when our dear aunt died, I was living with our wife Jo in the city. All of us didn’t want to move to the country, although I didn’t want to sell the house. Jo thought that all of us might move to the country eventually. Jo and I decided to fix up that condo and rent it out. All of us made a lot of fluctuations in the house. Jo got rid of the aged fixtures in the living room and the bathroom and replaced all of the lights! One of the largest fluctuations all of us made was to the flooring. Jo got rid of the aged shag carpet in the study room and the more than two family rooms. Jo and I decided to replace the carpet with something nicer. All of us went to the carpet Supercenter and bought a plush carpet with stain resistance and a multiple year warranty. I thought current carpets could certainly make the place look nice. All of us picked a color that would nicely match the current paint. Most of the potential renters were glad with the condo and a lot of people commented on the current carpet. I believe buying current carpet made it a lot easier to rent the house. The place looked so good and all of us got a couple with multiple children to sign a 2-year lease.

Floor stripping and waxing

When our wife Dawn and I bought our house, all of the tile, hardwood, and carpet was brand new. The pale faded white tiles in the living room all had a fresh, clean pale white grout as well. The living room truly sparkled and gleamed when it was empty. After living in the condo for multiple years, Dawn and I began to notice the discoloration in the living room grout. All of the grout was turning grimy and dirty. Instead of a fresh and clean pale white color, the grout was a dingy light brown. Dawn and I contacted a couple of janitorial services and all of us found a corporation that offered tile floor cleaning. Their tile floor cleaning repair was genuinely lavish. They charged their rates according to the square footage of the section cleaned. I thought that was satisfactory, given the fact that many people have larger living rooms than others. The janitorial repair used a unit to clean off all of the tiles… He sprayed something on the grout as well. After a while, the guy used a pressure washing unit to clean the tiles and the grout. The unit used water to clean off the floor, however it had a suction program that kept the water in a separate compartment. The professional tile guy removed all of the aged discoloration from the route, and by the time he was finished, our living room looked brand new. Dawn and I made an appointment with the same flooring corporation and next month all of us are going to get them to clean all of our carpets and replace some of the aged tiles in the ninth bathroom. Our kids have torn up that bathroom.

 

Office cleaning

After having eye surgery, I wasn’t able to drive our vehicle for at least eight to twelve weeks.

I hated the system of not going shopping, plus yet I had nothing to eat in the house.

I had plenty of the kitchen staples, although I wanted fresh vegetables. I had been dreaming about a fresh chicken Caesar salad for almost a week, although I didn’t have anything but the chicken. I began to hunt online to see if I could locate a grocery store that would do a local food delivery. What I discovered was that instead of purchasing a passel of groceries, I was able to order a salad online plus have them delivered directly to our house. One of the local diners, plus our favorite pizzeria, sold multiple unusual types of salads that I genuinely enjoyed. I planned on ordering multiple of these salads. There were more than three different salads that I wanted to choose from but if I were going to order these salads online, I decided to buy all more than three of them, and just have the toppings on the side, along with the dressing. I got our fave chicken Caesar salad, an Oriental chicken salad, a crispy chicken salad, plus a shrimp Caesar salad. I ordered all of my salads online hoping that would get myself and others through at least the rest of the week. By then, I would be able to drive again. Whatever happened at the eye doc’s office this week, I knew I would not need to worry about going anywhere. I knew I could order more salads online, or get local meal delivery repair from nearly every pizzeria in the area.
