My partner and I were still settling into our up-to-date house when it started getting warmer.

Our plan had been to unpack, arrange the house, and then we’d begin repairs. There were several things we wanted to improve in the house. We’d consulted with a general company about all the work. Her suggestion was to get the house done first, then we’d transfer in. Unfortunately, that wasn’t possible for us. Our lease was up in our previous home, and we didn’t want to rent a location for a month or two. We’d rather deal with workers in the house doing the updates. The company understood our predicament, and she promised to find ways to make the experience fine for us. My fine friend and I also wanted a up-to-date Heating and Air Conditioning system installed in the house. There was an Heating and Air Conditioning system when we bought the house that was holding on for dear life. So, we planned to update it by June when it gets quite hot. However, May surprised all of us by being warmer than usual. My fine friend and I found ourselves dealing with 75F weather in the middle of May. so, we chose to transfer forward with the Heating and Air Conditioning replacement. So, both the general company and the Heating and Air Conditioning professional were in our home. It was chaotic, to say the least. And we wished we had another location to stay as the work was ongoing, but we were also grateful it would soon be over. The largest thing was buying the house, and finding reliable companies to hire. Soon, we would be living in a beautiful house with excellent AC.

When I was reading the news today in the local paper there was a shocking news story.

• They were reporting about one of our local heating and air conditioning companies burning down overnight! Wow! That is a real shocker! Thankfully no one was killed or even hurt as the building was completely empty when it happened.

They do not know what caused it, but it is unfixable and totally burned down to the ground. There is no way to repair it. So from what they were saying, the local heating and air conditioning company is going to be leasing another building here in the area and reopening for business sometime within the next month. But what is really bad is that their customers are going to have to find alternate heat and a/c home services to take care of all of their heating and air conditioning needs in the meantime. It could cost them some customers in the long run because if they find a cheaper and better heat and a/c company or if they find a certified independent heating and air conditioning specialist that can beat their prices they will end up going with them instead moving forward. This is the risk they are just going to have to take I suppose because they really have no choice in the matter to be totally honest here with everyone. I do wish them the very best in luck with their reopening from another location once the heating and air conditioning company gets their stuff in order.

I have the task of running a local heating and air conditioning dealership.

I do not own the heating and air conditioning dealership, but I got myself a job in management to run the place.

I have to ensure that all the stock of heating and air conditioning equipment is very up to date and always stocked right. I also have to manage all the sales people who work here at the local heating and air conditioning dealership. This is all a very daunting task that I do Monday through Friday every single last week of the entire year! But the money is really good which is why I took the job. Plus I have over 20 years experience in managing heating and air conditioning companies as well as a few heat and a/c dealerships. So this job was just the right one for me when I was out of work and had to find alternate employment to what I was doing prior to this. Although a daunting task most of the time, there are some days where things are slow and I just simply enjoy the relaxing and general relaxation that I can have on those days and get completely paid in full for doing absolutely nothing other than snoozing in my back office or just shooting the breeze with the sales rep employees. So for those kind of days alone it is worth it very much to be a great part of this heating and air conditioning dealership!

I just bought a new boat and I have to tell you that the air conditioning that came with it is absolutely great! It is actually better than the air conditioning I have in my home through my central heating and air conditioning unit. Having good air conditioning on a boat is important. Because if you are going to use it to go fishing like I am, having the good air conditioning can actually help the air quality as well. Of course I do have a portable air purifier on board the boat as well for going fishing. But when I have the good air conditioning with it it really helps with things. Now I do not live on the boat nor plan to. But I do plan to spend a lot of time deep sea fishing this coming summer going out into the rough and deep oceans. And if I do end up catching a lot of fish it is going to really make things stink. And by having the air conditioning that is real great below deck it will make it so that it will not be too bad and I can escape down there if needed. Especially with that portable air purification system I bought for the occasion going with it as well. I really love fishing and it is the whole entire reason I invested into this boat in the first place. But having real good air conditioning like I said really helps matters along and I would not want to have it any other way on this brand new boat that I have bought myself.
