Your HVAC Troubleshooting Guys

I am desperately looking for a way to reduce my monthly energy bills! The problem is that the temperatures here have been so hot lately I have been having no choice but to crank my central heating and air conditioning system unit. And because I have that air conditioning of the central heating and cooling unit cranking all of the time I am getting really high energy bills. But the problem is here that I need the air conditioning because it is that hot out. My central heating and air conditioning unit has a good SEER rating as well so this should tell you just how much I am having to crank the central air conditioning. I have thought about trying portable air conditioning systems instead to run in conjunction with my central heating and air conditioning system unit. However it is so hot that I do not think that a portable air conditioning system unit would be any match for the heat. So I am for now stuck having to crank the central heating and air conditioning system’s cooling until the temperatures cool off. I just hope I do not end up going broke as a result of having to keep on paying these high energy bills. All I can do is just keep doing what I am doing and wait it all out in order to survive these super hot temperatures here in the south where I live. I may move away from here in the near future if I can sell my house to do so.

I woke up late one afternoon last week to find it was all I could do to pull myself out of bed. I was sure I was running a massive fever. My body ached, my head felt like it was too heavy to hold up, plus my allergies seemed to be at their worst. I dragged myself out of bed plus got in a cool shower. I hoped it would revive me, but nothing changed. That’s when I realized my body wasn’t working against me, it was rebelling against the heat in the house. I had the ceiling fans on high, hoping to get some air movement. 1 hour later, the Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist was in my house. He said he didn’t know that he could repair the cooling system, but he may be able to get it working until my associate Jen and I could get a current cooling system equipment in the house. My partner Jen got property about the same time as the Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist was talking. Jen worked as an evening doctor in the emergency room. Jen and I knew our cooling system equipment was getting old, plus he asked how long it would take to get a more current cooling system unit. He said if Jen and I had to order it, it could take up to a week. If they had one in the showroom, it could be the next day. He nodded plus told him to let us know. When I talked about retirement, I was nearing seventy.

I still felt like a young guy plus knew I could work circles around the young dudes I worked with.

I started pondering what I could do with my time once I retired. My partner Sam told me I could take up a hobby, or my associates and I could do some traveling. I couldn’t determine where the unusual stink in my property was coming from. I had been stinking this aroma that reminded me of spoiled milk or vomit. The only thing I could feel was that it was coming from my air vents. I never thought it could be the cooling system that stinks like barf. I was sure if the aroma was coming out of the air vents when the cooling system came on, the stink had traveled deep in the AC ducts. They would clean the HVAC duct, plus air vents, making sure that all the dust debris, plus possible bugs were done. They would also inspect the HVAC ducts to ensure there were no breaks or separations at the seams. 2 days later, the HVAC duct was being cleaned. I couldn’t guess how great my property smelled now. The aroma of spoiled milk plus vomit was no longer in the property when the cooling system kicked on, but it stinked clean plus fresh. He said he couldn’t tell me what the aromas were, but they were just a culmination of all the dirt, dust, dander, plus debris that had built up in the HVAC duct.
