I have been waiting as well as waiting for this to happen, because I certainly need to get our furnace looked at. The weather is certainly cooling off around here, as well as I know that the temperatures are just gonna keep on dropping. I know that yearly maintenance, including cleaning of the parts that usually malfunction, can prevent bigger complications from happening. And that is exactly what I want to do.
