Surprisingly, the electric heating pump did not have numerous technical concerns, then after the cleaning, which seemed to be the biggest thing because I took most of the time cleaning, including the HVAC duct, the unit was as wonderful as new. The indoor air quality was back to its former glory now that I had installed a HEPA filter. I hoped that the new owners would take much better care of the component plus call the air conditioner professional whenever they observed anything was amiss so that it would serve them better.
