I liked mom’s take on camping.

I remember when the people I was with and I were little plus dad regularly took us camping.

Mom would say something about needing to stay cabin so she could get some labor done, plus dad would smile. I never guess she really worked while the people I was with and I were gone, but she loved the alone time. Every one of us had to come cabin early 1 weekend, plus mom was in the garden tub relaxing. She had a glass of wine on the side of the tub plus a book in her hand. Every one of us could know the heat flowing around us when the people I was with and I walked in the door. She yelled out to see who was home, plus dad walked in on her. I heard her laugh when he said the people I was with and I should join her, plus maybe the people I was with and I could all get warm plus she kicked him out of the bathroom. It hadn’t gotten so chilly at the campground that the people I was with and I were all sleeping on a mattress together! Poor dad got shoved onto the chilly ground plus spent most of the night shivering. When the people I was with and I woke up in the afternoon, the firepit was already lit plus the people I was with and I huddled there for some warmth, while dad was still asleep in the car. I abruptly realized why mom didn’t go camping with us. It was chilly in the mountains plus there was no comfort. I liked mom’s take on camping better. Now that I am older, I stay cabin where there is heating plus a/c. I have a garden tub plus a pool in the backyard, although I am never far away from my Heating, Ventilation and A/C system, plus I never smell of smoke.
