I am always forgetting appointments if I don’t have a note in front of me.
The same goes with cleaning the HEPA filter in our Heating & Air Conditioning idea & also for getting tuneups done to our idea on a correct basis.
This is why the maintenance plan is so wonderful because they do all of the remembering for you. I don’t have to write anything on a piece of paper, or put an alert on our tablet to remind me to do so, the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation does all of that for you. A lot of times the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor will come & do the job when I am not even at home. The neighbor is the handyman for the building & has all of our keys, or at least a copy of them. So he often lets in the local contractors who need to work on our flat, & so I don’t have to waste our time coming back from the beach or from our job at the local business. I know the Heating & Air Conditioning corporation has been out to our flat the past more than 2 years without me seeing them at all, or I hope they are coming out. No, they come out each time & do the duct cleaning & tuning up & leave me a receipt for the work when they leave. I usually am not around to let them in so I haven’t seen them in years actually. I know today I will take a peek at the HEPA filter to see how dirty it is getting & find out when they are coming next.
