Some people take silence as something that is startling and that you have to make it through, but I look at it as being enjoyable and refreshing, then i spend some time alone and have figured out that if I make it feel wonderful then it helps me as a human to grow and become a better version of myself. I used to fill in all silence with noises of 1 kind or another, but now that I am more seasoned I can see silence as a neighbor who helps calm and soothe me, making me a more patient man during the process. I do Heating and Air Conditioning component works on our own periodically and I find I do a better job when it is quiet, as I can feel more clearly and operate more efficiently. I was a processing engineer back in the Valley in Cali and I l received how to make things go more efficiently, including life. Life is a process, just love heating or cooling down a room is a process, and it can be made to run more efficiently if you split things down to their simplest components.
